Store was laid out so lounges were easily viewed no one was pushy and left us to browse as we asked then when we had an idea of what we wanted Vipin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it was no trouble to measure and show swatches etc the sofa we chose is still being made but so far can not fault service provided .,,

He had substantial knowledge on all products and provided great advice when needed. Found Alan to be extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, we ended up changing our order after we got home which was extremely easy to do. We had been unsure at the time which size chair to go with.
