Nick Scali Furniture WA, Cannington

Paul was a great salesman who responded to my email queries politely and quickly. When i went in store he remembered my name and helped me with information without being pushy. He left me to wander the store and helped with ordering stock. Only issue is how long it takes for furniture to arrive but i was very happy with the sale peice lf the furniture and service so dont mind the wait.

The range of furniture at Nick Scali is extensive and amazing. So many beautiful pieces! However the customer service was exceptional! I would highly recommend you visit Justin at the Cannington store.

The Cannington store is well laid out and easy to navigate. The staff Dominica in particular, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us choose the best couch . The service was friendly and professional. Dominica showed us why Nick Scali furniture is the best and well worth the money we spent. Thanks for great service Cannington Store.

Dominica was professional and pleasant to deal with. She was able to listen to our needs as we had 3 months to wait till our house was ready. She was willing to wait till there was a deal to notify us about it.
As Dominica was busy that day, Justin (Manager) was able to help us finalize the deal and he made it a smooth and pleasant experience too.

I am a great believer in dealing with people NOT companies so whilst i have committed to purchase a lounge I consider that I have made the purchase from Dominica, NOT some company called Nick Scalli??

Very welcoming as I entered the store without overwhelming me. Gave me time to look around, offered very helpful advise and took the time to understand what I was after. Purchase process very efficient and professional. Clearly states all information needed.

I spent ages trying to make my mind up on which fabric to select. I found all the staff very patient, understanding and co-operative while i spent time making my decision. Paul even carried the sample of fabric to the window to compare different light situations for me, which was great.

It was easy to find what I wanted although the colour was difficult because of the lighting in the store, the grey colour did not look grey. We haven’t got our furniture yet.

My husband and I have never been into a Nick Scali store before. Today (2/2/2020) we walked into the Cannington Branch WA and was greeted by a wonderful man named Paul. He showed us products that we were interested in. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in advising us. We walked out with a leather lounge for our cinema room and 8 leather dining chairs. Very very happy with the quality and price of our furniture and of the amazing service. We will be back.

A really wide range of modern and classic furniture to choose from, and some great assistance from Dominica. The experience was very positive, and we look forward to having these items in our home for many years. However, the store could certainly use an upgrade to the antiquated paper based ordering/purchasing system which added a significant and frankly unneccessary amount of time to the shopping experience.

Paul was attentive, helpful and patient during our visit to find the perfect reading chair. He even helped us choose the fabric! We decided to buy a single seater recliner and can't wait to receive it!

Paul was very helpful on two occasions and patiently answered our many questions! We haven’t collected the items yet, but the customer service we have had to date has been great.

We originally visited the cannington store to look for a new recliner couch, Justin listened to our needs, showed us our options and we left knowing what lounge we wanted to purchase. We visited another retailer and thought we would like to check out another style of couch at nick scali so we popped into our local store in Cockburn where Taha showed us new options. We decided we still like the original one and purchased that day. Both Justin and Taha had fantatsic customer service, listened to our needs, didnt pressure to make a choice and purchase that day

Good service and non-pushy sales staff from the moment we entered the store. Paul was very knowledgeable in what look for in couches and what was a good value offer in this January sale.

The service we received from Justin was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble & he was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Justin & would absolutely purchase from him again.

Paul was very patient as I moved chairs around to match styles and colours. It took me 3 months to decide on my final design and colour as this is going to be my "forever" sofa now.
