Great furniture but not pickup option
Although I can't fault any of the furniture, they definently need to work on delivery/pickup options. We recently purchased a round swivel chair and got told we cannot pickup from the warehouse and we had to pay the $75 delivery fee and have it delivered. For me that is a deal breaker and I would have walked away but lucky for Nick Scali my other half insisted on getting it. The last time I shopped there I was given an option to pickup but now I'm told not anymore.
This is so backwards and definently needs working on.

Good furniture, delivery system needs major work
We went into the Cockburn branch to look for a matching mirror for our dining table, we found the mirror we wanted and one thing led to another we ended up buying eight leather dinning chairs and three ceiling lights. All was going well until it came to the delivery, we were told that the delivery charge for the chairs would be $5 per chair ( 8 x 5 = $40 )which we thought was fair, the mirror would also be $40 and again we thought that was fair seeing as it was a fragile mirror even though it was coming from the same warehouse to the same desti...Read more
nation. Then came the lights, $40 each, $120 to deliver three boxes approximately 50cm x 50cm x 65cm from the same warehouse to the same destination. When we told them there was no way we were prepared to pay that the salesman told us that we could pick them up to save on the delivery charge, which just happened to be another 45 minutes in the opposite direction ( took us half an hour to get to Cockburn ) meaning a two and a half hour round trip. We asked them if it was possible to pick them up from the Cockburn store but apparently all sales have to come out of the main warehouse in Malaga so that wasn’t an option. Eventually the store manager reduced the cost of the lights by $60 so effectively we were only paying half of the delivery, we did agree to this but has left a very sour taste. Funnily enough when we bought the dining room table from them we tried to also purchase a bookshelf, the 3 metre table was $40 to deliver and the bookshelf was $75, we didn’t get the bookshelf. Nick Scali I own and operate a retail business and your delivery system needs a revamp, well below average.....1 comment

Atlanta Lounge excellent delivery service
Our Atlanta Lounge got delivered today, not only the protecting packaging was outstanding but the delivery driver Jamie and his mate did an amazing job unwrapping the lounge and washing their hands before touching any of the fabric. Very friendly and professional people. I hope they will always deliver every product we get from Nick Scali.

Peter was very helpful on our numerous visits to the shop - he helped us to find exactly what we needed for our sofa and our specific need - even when it wasn’t shown in the brochure!

The wait time for furniture build is long, but this was made clear from the get-go, so at least our expectations were properly managed. Looking forward to receiving our new Nick Scali furniture. :)

Great staff
We would like to state that we were very happy with the service after our recent visit and purchase.
Taha was an extremely helpful and not pushy sales guy, also very friendly and his attention to detail after purchase (that being the stapling of our invoices exactly :) was a good laugh.

Good salesman
The store was a typical furniture shop with the difference being a conscientious salesman Peter who welcomed us almost immediately. I was in no hurry for a sofa purchase but Peter was so convincing, I made a deal. I haven't received said sofa as yet so I cant comment on much else but I was happy with Peter's recommendations

Not happy
No problem getting the couches delivered but they knocked a statue of the wall and smashed it and just put it back without saying anything..paid $90 for delivery and this is the service we get

Awesome service and amazing lounges
I was scouring the furniture stores in Jandakot as I needed a new lounge. I had always thought Nick Scali was super expensive but our salesperson Peter helped us to find the most perfect lounge at a great price. The quality and comfort of their lounges is pretty incomparable. The service by Peter was outstanding. So friendly, not pushy and really took the time to give us a great experience. Can't wait for my new lounge!

Very impressed and extremely pleased
I attended the Jandakot Nick Scali after reviewing several websites looking for a new couch. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul who was pleasant and well dressed. I told him I was just looking and if I needed help I would ask. He said not a problem and left me to browse. As I looked around the store he did provide some helpful advice and I ended up buying a couch and chair. Paul was extremely helpful and provided an excellent level of service. I was also very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the value for money. Paul was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. I will be buying more furniture from Nick Scali to furnish the rest of my house as I renovate.

To offer some clarity, as our delivery drivers are sub-contracted to Nick Scali, our delivery charges are calculated on two platforms. Firstly, the cubic meterage each product will take up in our delivery trucks, and secondly the amount of assembly required for the items. This is to ensure a fair charge rate for our drivers as well as our customers. Each truck naturally has a limit to the cubic meters it is able to hold and as such bulky items reduce the carriers’ number of deliveries on any particular run. The time required to assemble furniture is also a cost to our drivers so this to must be considered when establishing a charge.
