The service we had from kim in the o'connor store was honest, critical, justified and in depth. Value for money is one thing but being given an exact explanation of why your paying for the quality of the furniture but also being shown so many other options that were also in our price range gave us the great feeling that we were not being led astray in our purchase. We are over the moon in the purchase we made and even decided to upgrade what we were going to buy twice now. Kim is excellent in sales and really gave us the warm and fuzzys we wanted in buying our furniture.

I have just purchased a couch from Nick Scali and would like to thank Steve Bonorchis for helping me with my selection. He went out of his way to ensure that the paper work was completed accurately and was an absolute pleasure in the way that he went about his work. Very professional, caring and thoughtful.

We came into Nick Scali O'Connor looking for a comfy couch for our apartment and after testing a few out, we were approached by Kim who showed us another couch we hadn't yet tried. Straight away we fell in love with it and lucky for us, it was in stock and was booked in to get delivered within a week. Thanks to Kim for her excellent customer service and "making it happen". We'll definitely come back to see her when we furnish our new house in 2021.

Steven was most helpful in showing us the range of chairs available, we decided on the Bendigo Blue Patchwork, it will blend perfectly with our light grey leather recliner sofa, which we have ordered from Nic Scali.
Thankyou Steven for making our purchase so easy, our chair was delivered without any problems from your warehouse, and we look forward to seeing how well it blends in to our apartment. Great customer service. We have no hesitation in recommending Nic Scali.

Saleslady, Kim, approached us, without us looking for someone to help us. She was very knowledgable, listened to our needs and immediately selected three options to try out. She did not try to sell us something what we didnt want. She was friendly, succinct and made no claims that was not backed up by the store. She did the paperwork fast and presented the price without trying a hard sell. When you are in O'Connor, ask for Kim!

My husband and I walked into the shop not knowing what we wanted and Chris was a great help. Very patient with us and took the time to explain all about the different products.

I had an idea of what I wanted, I just required someone who could anwswer questions and provide an accurate information on construction and timing. Well-laid out store with a good range of furniture. Shame most of it made in China or Malaysia etc so takes longer to make and deliver, but everywhere seems to be the same. The quality of furniture appears very good, hope it lives up to expectations when it arrives. Excellent service from Saheel - not too pushy but very helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was well set out and we had a very good choice of lounge suites to select from. Saheel Wadhia was very helpful and had a good knowledge of his products. Thanks Saheel.

Found it very easy to find what we were looking for and the sales person (Chris) was very helpful.
I have yet to receive the goods as they are on order from Factory.
I did find the Credit Card fee excessive given no other retailer charges for this and I doubt very much that your cost is 1.5%.

April was extremely helpful with helping us determine if the chair we had chosen was suitable for the space. She was very friendly and gave me numerous options to choose from. I haven't received the product as yet.

Me and my brother were looking for a lounge to buy and ended up popping in to nick scali to have a quick look at what they had . We were having a look around and were asked if we needed any help by Chris one of the Sales team . Chris asked someone questions regards what we were looking for and ended up showing us a few different styles and ended up buying one of your lounges . I thought the service we received by Chris was awesome, Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. The type of Service you just don’t get any more . Well done Chris, we will definately be back in the future to see you for more furniture.

We just wanted to praise Chris! He was fantastic,polite,professional and made buying our new lounges a great experience .Gave us all the info & showed us all the fabric swatches to pick,Previously when we came to the store we were only shown one colour swatch & the sales person was just not interested ! Good service and prices during the January sale. Bought 2 sofas and tables to go with them. Long wait for delivery but expecting that I’ll be kept informed on that by April (sales asssistant in store)

The store's layout is good. I loved the comfort of the displayed lounge and have now bought two. The amount of fabric colours and textures were ample.
Was most impressed by Chris's generosity and grace, as I'd interrupted his lunch break and he showed that customers do come first. Well done, Chris.
An enjoyable experience and I'm counting down the time until we receive our new furniture.
