We purchased 2 new sofas back in Sept. The range of products is extensive; I think we tried every sofa in the store and no doubt took up far too much of the Mitch's time :-) He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, no hard sell at any time, he made the process of choosing the right sofas very easy. After signing up, the communication regarding outstanding payments and delivery details was excellent; first time in a long time I have had something delivered on the schedule indicated at the ordering point :-) Would definitely recommend.

We were looking and not planning to buy. We sat on nearly every lounge in their spacious well laid out store and didn't feel like we were being pressured. We were approached by Kim who let us know she was there when we needed help. When we did need help, Kim was so pleasant, easy going and not pushy which we appreciated. Given we came in 30 minutes before closing, Kim was patient and also provided some great thoughts on colours and fabrics. Thank you Kim for your knowledge and patience. You really made it such an easy, stress less process for us.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from April at the OConnor store. She was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process. She definitely wanted to help us select the right lounge for our space.

We found what we were looking for quite easily, the store set up is open and easy to navigate. The sales person was very helpful and full of information and great payment options offered. A quick trip home to measure up and returned to purchase our new dining room table and chairs. Cant wait to receive it all. Thank you Chris.

I was looking for a couch but became quite confused after seeing the vast range. I was looked after by Saheel who was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to all the criteria I wanted in the couch. He knew the products well, was thoughtful and considerate in approach and really helped me to come to a decision and make the right choice. I received quality service. Thank you so much. I now await for the couch to arrive in excitement.

The salesman did a wonderful job showing us through the store and presenting all types of options so we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Wasnt aware of some of the options so actually went with one of his ideas

We walked into the store thinking it was going to be very simple to choose a lounge and go!
But no, the choices were overwhelming.
Saheel approached us and asked what we were looking for and basically, helped us decide what was going to work in our room and really pinpoint what we were after.
Saheel was so professional and friendly, I really don't think we would of made the right decision without him.

The person who sold us the longe was great but unfortunately was not present when we required a change to our delivery. The Oconnor staff were rude and unhelpful and used a group tactic to isolate myself and intimidate.

The whole purchasing experience was soured by this event and has still left me feeling angry

I have shared this bad experience with family and friends from my work, yacht clubs, rowing clubs, and two golf clubs.

I understand I am only one customer but I sincerely hope that my bad experience that I have disseminated will detract from your Oconnor store sales performance in some way.

I admitted to the salesperson early that I was there to kick tyres, had no intention of buying today. I also told her though that I really liked their furniture. The salesperson was wonderful, not overly pushy, asking me about the space I had, which is really quite small, and what my preference was for look and style, before showing me several options and encouraging me to try the couches. As she said, the time she gifted to me does make me more likely to shop with them in the future.

Successful shopping trip. Bought three new lovely couches at a fantastic price. Chris was a great help in showing us suitable products and gave great facts on care advice for the products purchased. The store was well laid out and very easy to navigate. Would highly recommend Nick Scali products and the service at O'Connor.

I had help from Chris who talked me through the entire selection process. He went through some things i didn't consider and this made all the difference in selecting the soafas i needed. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

The store was beautiful and very easy to navigate. I loved all the furniture and the discount prices were very competitive! I was looked after by Kim, who was friendly and professional and offered wonderful service around the store. She promptly answered any questions I had and I left feeling very satisfied.

Kim was soo patient with us as we juggled two toddlers and making a decision on our new lounge, we've been looking for a while and haven't been able to get the look we were after with the quality and price. We would highly recommend Kim as she has excellent product knowledge and also very understanding with our requirements.

We were served by Saheel at the O'Conner Store in WA. The experience was exceptional. Saheel took the time to listen to our thoughts and talk us through two couches we were deciding between. Saheel was extremely knowledgeable and gave my girlfriend and I some excellent things to think about. Originally we were just there to look but after the good service we decided to buy and are most pleased with our purchase.
