Beware. what gets delivered isn't always the same quality as what you see on the floor
Saw a magnificent timber TV console - we fell in love with it and bought it on the spot - discounted to $1900.00 Imagine our dismay when what arrived had a highly visible patch on the front, multiple tools marks and a few gouges. Nothing like the beautifully sanded piece of perfection in the store. f the showroom piece. At this point, we suggested that they swap the inferior product we had with the one on their showroom floor. They refused. We then asked them to check the next one they brought out before delivering it to make sure it was of the same quality. several weeks later, after chasing them up again (head office), they informed us that none of the ones in stock were of the same quality. They still refused to swap it for the showroom one. when informed I was prepared to go to Consumer Affairs, they agreed to refund our money plus delivery charges - which they did (and picked up the crap one they tried to palm off on us). The store employees were dismayed but hamstrung by their head office. I find it bizarre that a company which spends so much money on promoting itself as a purveyor of quality goods is prepared to break consumer laws by selling products which are so inferior to the product on display. Clearly, they rely on the average customer accepting rubbish when too many obstacles are placed in their way. we wont be buying anything from them again and have advised all our friends not to as well. Shame on you Nick Scalli.

re pictures of the furniture item you sent us. These clearly depict the "natural" tool markings. Re the few natural knots - be reminded that there was not one knot on the display cabinet - it had been sanded to perfection. for anyone not aware of their consumer rights - see the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's publication on your consumer rights at

Knowledgeable pleasant service
We were advised that we were buying quality leather furniture and we bought it on that basis. We have no reason to think otherwise at this time. The salesperson knew the product and presented it well.

Great Buffet found!
My husband and I went shopping for a buffet after searching the online site. We looked at 5 or 6 buffets in the store before finding the perfect one. Very nice quality wood that will last forever. Overall, a quick and pleasant shopping experience.

Top Class Service
After visiting numerous furniture stores looking for lounge suites, we found our ideal suite at nickscali. Saheel was immensely helpful with all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to your company. We will definitely shop there again.

The best lounge for our teenage kids
Ive purchased the Avoca reclining lounge with console for the TV room and we cant wait for it to arrive!
The two seats are large enough to fit 2 people on each, its really comfortable and the middle console keeps my kids apart. I was served by Kim, who looked after me very well.

Great service. Great products
We visited Nick Scali a few years ago and was put off by their pushy staff, vowing never to return again but decided to give them another go. So glad we did! We were greeted by Saheel when searching for our perfect lounge and we're very impressed by his professionalism, service and knowledge of the product. He was not pushy at all which made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Saheel. We will be returning to Nick Scali for our next furniture purchase.

We were very satisfied with the products, all very nicely laid out and easy to see. Our sales lady Kim was superb, she took so much time to help us make the right decision and her knowledge of the products and colours was excellent. Service was amazing!
Went to Nick Scali looking for new dining chairs. They have an great range of choices either in fabric or high quality leather. The O’Connor showroom is large and well laid out but it was the service that really stood out. Mitch was amazingly helpful even moving chairs for us to compare. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us into making a purchase. He made the experience almost painless (I hate shopping). Thanks Mitch for all your help!

We were very impressed by the advice given to us by Saheel. We visited the store on two occasions and at no point did we feel pushed or harassed into a sale. Saheel gave us great options, ideas and was very patient with us while we made our decision.

Great range of couches
We were in the market for a new couch and started with Nick Scali and visited other retailers before returning to Nick Scali. They clearly have the best range of quality couches and if you visit during a sale (which is most of the time) then the prices are quite reasonable. The staff know their products and are not pushy. We are comfortable with our $3000 purchase and looking forward to it arriving.

Fabulous customers service and great range
I was very impressed by the customer service provided by Chris B.. The extensive range of quality lounges that Nick Scali stocks would have been overwhelming without his guidance. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. He went beyond what you would regularly expect from a salesperson, we discussed room layout, colour, tone, texture etc. and by the end of the process I left the store very feeling very content with my purchase, all angles had been covered!

From looking into your order, it seems the markings on your TV units were natural markings which can be expected and although the markings on your original TV unit do appear more prevalent to the item in our showroom, this is not considered a fault or defect in the product.
