First service recliners were not sitting level on floor after delivery inside black stoppers were fouling and not letting outside legs to sit level on floor

The motor in one of our recliners failed. Nick scali sent someone out within 2 weeks which I though was pretty good considering Covid-19.

Very friendly and replaced motor quickly.

The repairer was very helpful and fixed our faulty battery. He had to replace the battery and re wire it which he did very quickly. I would be happy to recommend this service.

Went in just to look at a couch. Ended up buying 2 couches, coffee table, entertainment unit and hall table. All items are amazing quality and the service we received from Vipin was great. The store was quite busy when we went in but Vipin still found the time to serve us without feeling rushed. He is very helpful and not at all pushy allowing us plenty of time to discuss our options. He even remembered us when we went back in 3 months later to look for an arm chair which he helped us with as well. Highly recommend Nick scali Preston.
