The only thing I don’t like is the cheap paint and cost of Sat Nav map update.
I have had my 2014 Ti Hybrid Pathfinder for over 4 years now and I’m very happy with it. It’s quiet, runs smoothly, has great pickup from stop, handles the road well and is comfortable. I drive 30km each way to/from work each day in the outer suburbs. I had not had any mechanical or noise problems since I bought the car brand new except after my battery died and the electronics affected my boot from opening and closing automatically, contacted my service centre who reset it at no charge. It gets serviced as per service book.
I love the reverse...Read more

Terrible Customer Service - Beware the pitfalls of Nissan...
We bought a Nissan Pathfinder TI 4x4 Hybrid around a year or so ago- and for the most part it's actually been a pretty good car in itself. i read some reviews about issues with gearboxes etc but we didn't have any of those.
I hit a kangaroo recently in the car - and that's where all our issues began! my insurer - AAMI have bee really good they arranged a repair promptly - and the car was put back together and cosmetically in a week - but that was just the beginning... it's taken 5 weeks so far for Nissan to get the parts into the country fo...Read more
r the completion of the repair, and when i called Nissan Motor Co Customer service (over 5 days each day to follow them up) their eventual response was that the wiring loom i needed was not spared in country. it won't arrive for another 6 weeks! Their attitude was that they thought this a reasonable response, and weren't responsible for parts supply anything less than 3 months - so the car will be off the road until the end of December at the very least. No loan cars are available and they weren't interested in helping either. I'm astonished at the service - given we paid $65k for a brand new family car a year ago and are now stuck with a car that can't move for 3 months with no consideration from the importer/manufacturer/marketer. think about this when you next buy a car - as we have 3 kids to ferry around. our other car is an Audi A4, and even when they have a minor service item to attend to - they are always keep to make amends to keep you happy and on the road. NOT happy...Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Perfect for Family car if you do not want People Mover
UPDATE: 6/8/17
After owning the Pathfinder more than a year now
Add to negative:
- the paint somehow thin... so easy to get stone chips from highway driving
- Bluetooth still crap, even after a reset by the dealership.
- After seeing CX-9, which is cheaper and better quality, this is not worth RRP$75k. The only thing that makes CX-9 perfect is the around view monitor.
Good:
- I am still averaging 9.4lt/100, good one for 7 seater SUV
- kids still love the rear entertainment

- going up the hill, 'just enough' torque with 5 people (3 adults and 2 toddlers) in the car Not so good: - The 2.5lt supercharged engine is just enough to move a 2.1-tonne body. Nissan should put bigger supercharger to minimize the fuel consumption as the body is quite heavy (since no diesel option) - Hybrid is only helping a little comparing to the Hybrid system in my Prius. No start and stop so the fuel saving is quite minimal (EDIT: start and stop system only works if you turn off the Climate Control) - Dashboard could be wrapped in PU leather/vinyl, instead of bare plastic, especially for $60-75k MRRP car - No rain sensing - No active cruise control (I miss this) - BOSE speakers, it should stay at 'home', good upgrade but won't wow you. - They should put Brembos 6 pot callipers on the car this big. - - Skinny tyres 7.5" width wheels with 235 tyres on 20" wheels. Probably to save fuel, it needs 8.5"-9" wheels at the back with 255 tyres - New Issue: Bluetooth is crap, does not work properly. I could hear it clearly but the other side is not. And now it keeps getting disconnected and sometimes cutting in and out. No solution yet. This alone makes me think of selling the car (LOL?) The good: - For Family car, space is awesome, DVD at the rear is awesome to keep my kids occupied - Very roomy inside even with 2 baby seats on the second row - Ride comfort is quite good - Cabin noise is very minimal - 360 bird view is excellent especially for a big car like this. - Side mirrors look down while reversing, very handy. - Heated side mirrors for winter - Nissan is giving away 3 years free services (this is a big plus for us) + Suttons Nissan also provide extended 3 years warranty for free as long as you service the car @ Suttons - After using the car over 2500 km now, I've managed to get down to 7.6lt/100 on the way to Gerringong and back to Sydney. Not bad for a petrol engine. - also managed to get 625km out of the tank for city driving (I could get more but do not want to risk it :D)

Find out how Nissan Pathfinder R52 Ti 4WD Hybrid compares to other Large / 7 Seater SUVs
Know better, choose better.
Piece of crap, just sold it after 14 months.
Bad experience from start to finish. Customer service is shocking. Issues: broken boot floor handle, faulty power tailgate, shuddering transmission, key sensor issues, clear coat bubbling on bumper, bluetooth is crap, plastics inside falling off, no rain sensing wipers on $60k car, front sensors were optional! Steer clear of Nissan, their claims to offer 'more' are rubbish. Will never, ever touch another Nissan.
