Easy to mix. Not over sweet. And the recovery was felt after the training session. It also held up the hunger feelings so the thought of eating was considerably less.

I have been using this product for the past 2 months and have found it to be great tasting, easy to mix and lots of uses such as a scoop into my morning blk coffee, protein pancakes and of course as a post workout shake.

Iam currently prepping for my first fitness comp in May this year and hydroxyshred combined with my eating and training regime has defiantly given me an edge with the fat burning elements in this formula.

I've had my sample today of Hydroxyshred vanilla, and it was ahh-mazing! I will be buying it for sure, it tastes great and doesn't leave the gross powdery after taste that other protein powders have.

Delivered within the week, great tasting product (Vanilla) and mixed great with milk. Only had a sample so hard to determine effectiveness of the shred.

I'd start with commending the ease of use if the website and the ordering process. The products were received within 2 days in a easy to use professional resealable bag.
Both the Hydroxyshred and Total Whey vanilla flavor are delicious even with just watrer (no milk), and mix/shake very easily.
The shaker is the right size with a screw lead that ensure no embarassing accidents or spillage will occur.

Comes with the spoon inside despite the packaging looking like it would not contain the spoon. Mixing is relatively easy but does require a little effort. Product however is really good at what it does. Saw results after just using it 2 times. Great product even for novice gym goers. Will definitely buy again. Great tasting with milk too
