A steady decline in customer support coupled with increasing postal delays made for a horrendous experience. Customer support is at best ‘terrible’ - inconsistent or even non-exsistent. I’ve never encountered a business with such rubbish support. They take your money and then you wait and wait, and wait. ation’ time to determine that ‘hey, it is lost’. I won’t deal with them again!! Sizes are a bit hit and miss and depend a lot on manufacturer... 1 Month after purchase even they don’t know what’s happening!!!
Purchased a Pandora bracelet supposedly for Christmas. Website says delivery should be the 31st of December it’s now January 2 I checked my order but it hasn’t even progressed to stock arrived it’s still saying pending. Wow!! Messaged their customer service team for an update and here’s what they say. “I have looked into this with our logistics team and regrettably I have no further update on this order.” Amazing!!! Slow delivery, "copy and paste" customer service
I had a negative experience with Ozsale several years ago while living in Australia. Somehow I fooled myself into trying NZsale, hoping that they have improved all those years. I was mistaken!
2 weeks after the ETA my order is still nowhere to be seen. Have contacted customer service 3 times but all I got was some generic "copy and paste" text. My query is still not addressed; I don't think they read my emails at all. I'm surprised I can still keep my cool to write this review.
It's not hard to predict if I'll ever return as a customer. I encourage other people to try though, if they want to test their sanity.
