Unjustified substantial add on fees - The installer "forgot" to gas the unit. The "Electrical"installer was not licensed, the $300 "Electrical installation was then done by a licensed Electrician for $150 - The front office always appear helpful with my questions and concerns, they make big promised but it is never followed up.

We had our split system installed on Friday. Workman were pleasant......HOWEVER..We had a lot of rain overnight and woke the next morning to a large amount of water under our roofed pergola....Husband got up on the roof to discover that a tile had not been replaced....Which led to water running down inbetween the internal and external walls...Not Happy...

james was punctual and very focused on doing an a1 job on our air conditioner installation.He was very informative and polite. He made sure he cleaned up all debris and packaging.

He was prompt on the day of inspection and installation. A great job, finished neatly and promptly. I am very happy with this service.

Dellaco was the assigned contractor to install my dishwasher. As soon as the installer saw that the job was a tiny bit more difficult than a quick install (they need to lift the dishwasher about 1.5cm), they did not get back to me to organize a time. I had to organize with Harvey Norman to assign a different contractor to me. Would not use Octopuss or Dellaco. Not recommended at all. Avoid and organise your own installer to save time and the headache.

Rang to organise an installer for a client who purchased a dishwasher through Harvey Norman. They don't even know what a Cabiseal was and left a huge open hole in her brand new kaboodle kitchen.

Having Air-Con problems about a year after Octopuss in Gympie came and did the install. I got 2 different companies to come look and both said it was an install problem so I had to contact Octopuss. Colin came out and told me it was my fault and he wouldn't fix his mistake. He said I must have hit the air-con with a lawn mower even though the fault problem is 2 meters high. He didn't want to be bothered to fix it. I have no recourse but to pay money to a different company to fix it.

friendly and efficient service.The installer found a solution to an electrical connection problem which saved me having to install a new power point. The use of the stove features was explained before the job was completed. Well done.

I had a poor experience with customer service staff member who was very rude. So far this hasn't been a pleasant experience working with the company. A company's customer facing staff should always aim to be polite and courteous.

Perfect service. Purchased two aircon units from Harvey Norman lake haven. Allan and his team were amazing. Super nice guys, no issues at all. Would use them again no issues.

Installation was cancelled by them, because they feel it is too complicated to do it. It is OK. However does not want to refund money.
