Odynovo is the best!
Our family of 5 (two kids) just came back from a three-week vacation in Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Everything went perfect!
First, Mia Wang was our Odynovo travel agent. She was incredibly responsive and flexible to cater to our needs. She made great suggestions to fit our needs (e.g. temples, beach time, animal encounters, etc.) In the end our trip was amazing, everyone was happy.

ughters, they gave us gifts, and they were very professional. Always on time, stayed with us on hotels and airports until we were all set. They always helped us sort through any issues. They also were flexible to re-arrange schedule on the fly if we wanted to do something different. A big plus - all our tour guides in Myanmar were Buddhist monks at one point in their lives so we got a great insight on local culture. That was amazing. We miss all of them already! Third, the places we visited were incredible - Halong Bay, Shwedagon Pagoda, Elephant Sanctuary ... many many more. Odynovo found some amazing hotels with great staff, swimming pools, etc. Shuttle vans were always clean, drivers ver courteous and helpful with our luggage. Odynovo really helped us appreciate the beauty and diversity of Southeast Asia in a unique way. This was a trip of a lifetime. We felt completely taken care by the entire staff. I am already calling Odynovo for our next trip.

Fantastic SE Asia trip!
Eric Kong with Odynovo helped plan our Cambodia and Vietnam trip. All arrangements were fantastic - our tour guides were always on time and the hotel arrangements definitely met and exceeded our expectations. All our tour guides did a wonderful job being flexible so we could enjoy but still see all the highlights we wanted. Great job!!

Incredible Experience!
I was a bit skeptical about booking a trip to Egypt, Jordan and Israel from a company based in Asia, but I am sure glad that I did! My booking agent was Gina, and from the very first proposal, she pretty much nailed down exactly what I was looking for. She always responded promptly to emails, and I appreciated her patience as I decided to fine-tune and tweak the details as the trip loomed closer. was just the booking process! I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have the representatives meet us at the airports. Not knowing the language and being a bit apprehensive about security, etc., they always met us before we arrived at immigration and handled all immigration formalities for us, except for Israel (Israeli security would not allow the representative inside the building). It also felt nice to have a warm and friendly face greeting you in a new destination. They then made sure we got our luggage and then took us to the waiting vehicle. We were never standing around waiting; it worked like clock-work in each country at each stop. The drivers and tour guides in each of the locations were absolutely fantastic. Great personalities; informative without being an information overload. Said, our driver in Cairo, was the best! He always checked to make sure we had water waiting for us in the car, and if we finished a bottle, a new one always magically appeared. We couldn't communicate with each other due to the language barrier, but we somehow seemed to understand each other! For the price and the quality of this tour, you simply cannot find a better company. I highly recommend them.1 comment

Great value for fantastic experience!
My two sisters and I traveled to Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia for two weeks from 12/14-28/19 in a customized tour with private rooms. Our Odynovo agent Allison Chiang was professional, nice to work with, and prepared us well for the trip. We applied for e-Visas as suggested and had no trouble with Immigration anywhere. The local guides and drivers provided were knowledgeable, attentive and courteous, and all the guides spoke good English except for one. e Lake in Myanmar and for our Mekong Cruise in Laos. We felt safe at all times! The breakfasts included in our package were excellent, while the lunches were hit and miss. Our daily program was varied and well balanced, including activities besides visiting temples and down time. The Apsara dinner show at Kanell in Siem Reap was a lot of fun! The only place we did not allow enough time was Bagan in Myanmar, where we should have stayed 2 days. We were pleasantly surprised that we hardly needed to change currencies as the USD was widely welcome (we took new bills in small denominations.) We were also able to charge our iPhones w/o adapters! Though it was high season, we were upgraded in a number of hotels due to tourism being down. All in all, a great value for the fantastic experience we had! Thumbs up Odynovo!

Perfect and can’t ask for more
We booked a two weeks Indian tour with Catherine. She not only accommodated all our requests but was also taking care of us throughout the trip liaising with people in different cities. She is always super responsive and helpful. Our driver Pyare was also incredible: he has been doing this for 25 years and able to go everywhere without GPS. Car always clean and organized. His professionalism is inspiring. Overall great experience and would highly recommend Odynovo.

Wonderful tours with Odynovo
Our guide, Yan, was just the perfect tour guide. He, of course, knew how to guide us the best way possible, but yet offered us options for one thing or another. For example, one of the options was visiting the China History Museum, which was conveniently right next to Tianmen Square. It seemed Yan was a walking encyclopedia on China. While he was very good at providing a stream of information on what we were seeing, he also was quite responsive about answering our questions. while we marveled at the structures and intracacies of this place. On our day at the Great Wall, Yan was very energetic about going up and down the steep stairs on the wall. He even let me go jogging for some distance on the wall which was quite strenuous, but something I always wanted to do! Yan was also very attentive, especially at the end of our day at the Great Wall when my wife started feeling a little ill. He even offered to have the driver take us to the hospital. As it was, my wife was just tired and feeling a minor food sensitivity. She recovered quickly after some rest in the hotel. Our recent trip to India
We were overall very pleased with our recent trip to India with Odynovo. Our driver Pancham was very skilled and navigated us through all kinds of traffic and we highly recommend his services. We were also very happy with all our guides, Rajiv in Delhi, Vinod in Varanasi, Anu in Agra and Mahaveer in Jaipur. Our flight back home to the US was delayed for 19 hours and Odynovo arranged for an extra hotel night for us and a tour and use of our driver for an additional day which really helped us out. Our flight on Indigo had been cancelled and we were told there were no flights until the following day. After calling the Delhi office our escort to the airport returned and helped us book a flight for later that day on a diffferent airline. We did have to pay for business class seats because that was all that was available. Not Odynovo's fault that the flight was cancelled but an unexpected additional expense for us. I usually work with a local travel company but the price was too expensive and Odynovo offered better value. When they advertise they are available 24/7; they mean it! Fantastic 10 day tour of China
Our family of four have recently returned from a 10 day tour to China in the first two weeks of December 2022. We went on a private family tour encompassing Beijing, Xi'an, Guilin, Yangshuo and Shanghai. The tour ran seamlessly from start to finish. We had personal guides and drivers in each of the four areas we visited and they were all outstanding. We were met punctually at each arrival and were seen safely onto the mode of transport to our next destination. All of our guides were very knowledgeable and imparted a great deal of information on Chinese history and culture. Alice Wang, our Beijing tour guide, was a very friendly and welcoming start to our tour. She was very considerate of our needs and willingly went out of her way to take us on unscheduled stops to heighten our Beijing experience. Jessie Hu, our Xi'an guide followed in Alice's footsteps as another delightful guide who enthusiastically showed us what Xi'an had to offer and gave us a lot of insight into the Chinese way of life in a very personable manner. Henry Li in Guiln showed us many interesting things and gave us the space to spend time as a family on our boat tour from Guilin to Yanghuo while magically appearing whenever there was anything of note to ensure that we didn't miss it. My husband and I just finished a second Odynovo 3 week trip, this time to northern India and Nepal. Our travel consultant, Liz Ling, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns during the trip planning and willingly updates the itinerary. We had to change hotels after we booked as the planned ones were full. Liz sent links to a few choices and advised whether the pricing would go up, down or stay the same. On the trip itself, we felt well taken care of by the guides and drivers hired for the trip. Highly recommend Odynovo and we will continue to use them and Liz.

We have always made our own way on trips but having such outstanding guides plus all the pick-up & drop offs, hotels, show tickets, meals & transportation arranged in China was simply fantastic. I can absolutely recommend Odynovo. They are definitely a 5 star service. Day 1 -4 was in Beijing. In Beijing, we saw all the must see sites including Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace & Lama temple . There were no waits as Quintina & our driver (Mr. Han) smoothly navigated us around Beijing. We were able to see 4 different shows (The Golden Mask, Red Theater Kung Fu, Peking Opera & Acrobatics) . The Golden Mask should not be missed. Quintina strongly recommended we see it and we were so glad that she made it happen. We were able to add these “on the fly” when we found we adjusted to jet lag better than expected. We also squeezed in a visit to the Olympic stadium at night to see the Birds Nest & Water cube. It is very cool to see. Beijing definitely is the ancient side-by-side with the & modern. On Day 3 we were able to see the Great Wall (Mutianyu) & it was spectacular. We took the chairlift up & toboggan ride down ( you have to try this !!). On the way to Mutianyu we walked the Sacred Road. We were able to rest in the car both going to the wall & coming back. We had booked an evening Hand Pooled Noodle Cooking Class on our own & Quintina walked us right to the door. It was in the Hutongs & even with GPS I would never have found it. She knew this and insisted on getting us there right on time. On Day 5, Quintina walked us right to the train as we travelled via bullet train to Xian. We have travelled overseas before but never in Asia. I was not prepared for the size, security and crowds in a Beijing train station ! This is probably when it really hit me that being escorted is the way to go. I had about a 100 word Mandarin vocabulary but navigating tickets and security without help would have been hard. Possible, yes, but Quintina & Hong made it easy and in doing so made us feel like family visiting them in their city. Hong was our guide in Xian and she met us right at the passenger exit. We learned that Xian is a bit smaller than Beijing (OMG - only 10 million people) & had only 3 subway lines versus 6 in Beijing ! On Day 6 & 7 we had an amazing time in Xian. We saw the Terra Cotta warriors which are really remarkable to see in person. The warriors are so life like that it was easy to imagine the history as you gaze own at them. Hong guided us through and provided history & stories as we walked the site. We stopped for lunch and had a great lunch of Bang Bang noodles & Chinese hamburgers. We then had a shot of rice wine & broke our clay drinking dish on the pile of others. Apparently the warriors were fortified with rice wine going to battle! Hong suggested we stop at the store of one of the farmers who discovered the Terra Cota warriors when digging a well. He happened to be in his store & we were able to shake his hand. Discovering the warriors turned out to be his lottery ticket and he has lived extremely well & is somewhat of a “rock star”. This was not a tour that was in the guide books.1 comment

Interesting country. Good guides and drivers. Best part was Macchu Pichu and the train ride.

November 2022 Vietnam and Cambodia
We toured Vietnam from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City via Halong Bay, Dong Hoi, Hue and Hoi An for 13 days followed by 3 days in Siem Reap to visit the temples at Angkor. Some of the Places to see in North India are New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi. New Delhi, Jaipur and Agra are close by, but best to travel by air to Khajuraho, Varanasi & Kathmandu (Nepal). I have not been living in India for several decades now, so am not very familiar with Air connection and travel to Bhutan. I am sure an organization like Odynovo will be able to help set it up.
Since you are looking at Odynovo, why not contact them and tell them what you like: food, culture, history, etc. And they will provide an itinerary as where to go and what to do for you to start.
