Unreliable delivery system and customer service was not helpful
Delivery system was unreliable, customer service was not helpful. I ordered printing online for more than 700$ since 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I should review this website before I ordered my printing and I now desperately need to use those printing documents for my business. Please take my advice, do not do any business with this company.

Not getting deliveries.
Goods ordered on the 10,11 and 12th March.
To date only one item from one order has been delivered.
Online system for tracking is no use, and has not been working for sometime now.
Time to start using the competitors of WINC

Absolutely appalling online experience
Ordered an office desk from Officeworks because it was needed urgently and the promised delivery date was sooner than other retailers. Took two full days off work waiting for delivery (their logistics partner doesn't provide a delivery window other than between 8am and 5pm) and still haven't received it, even after being told it was definitely on the truck for delivery today (Friday). I'm now being told it might delivered on Monday with no possible way to find out for certain. Will never buy online from Officeworks again and I'm sharing this experience to warn others to buy elsewhere.

Yeah not bad
They don't have any wow products. Toilet paper war seriously. Technology not bad. As education it's made for that only products. Say someone doing art or any. They need high end product but office workers is limited in that . Say someone pay 3000 or 4000 in a PC . What's the outcome

Nightmare - customer service non existant
Hello does anybody work there??? No answer on your main 1300 number and no answer on the 3 closest stores near my office. Three days now I’ve been trying to order online and your website is broken, 3 days I’ve been trying to call you and you ignore your phone calls!! I’ll purchase elsewhere for no one good bye.

Postage rip off
Went to order 2 micro SIM cards, the postage was going to be over $25 for them (you all know how big micro SIM cards are..) I submitted feedback and got a reply that was basically "if you don't want to pay the delivery cost chose click and collect instead" .. paying a delivery cost was not an issue, but a FAIR cost, not some ridiculous over inflated amount. I live a few hours from the store so was quite prepared to pay fair delivery costs. I bought the items elsewhere and had them sent express post from a different state and it cost me a third of what office works wanted.

30 day business banking account application rejected so went straight to Harvey moron where I spent $1400.0
I went into a local office works store to speak with a business account representative in regards setting up a 30 day business account. A couple of days later I went online to my account to upgrade to this service. d a brand new laptop and associated software. So I went to Harvey Norman and spent $1400.00 with them. They also set me up with a business account that was activated (approved) within three hours. My business ( I work on an ABN) earnt over $90k last year but apparently this is not good enough for Office works. Avoid this retailer. There are better businesses out there and other retailers that treat small business owners a whole lot better!1 comment

I ordered Sunday and selected Premium Next Day Delivery and it said on the way all Monday 8-5 pm waited till the end of the day never get deliver.
please do not order online if you think going to be on time.

Worst Service Ever
I ordered a big order on Wednesday and selected Premium Next Day Delivery and it said it would be delivered by the Thursday.
The next morning when I checked the tracking on the website, it Clearly stated that it was on board for delivery and would be delivered on Thursday 20th February between 8am-5pm.

and trace on the website told me that it was on its way and would delivered Thursday 20th. After 9 hours of waiting and not being able to do anything whatsoever because I didn't want to miss the delivery, the order never came! I rang customer service and the operator was RUDE, unhelpful and offered no reason as to why my guaranteed overnight order didn't arrive but promised it would arrive Friday the 21st. He said it will "Definitely" be delivered on friday now and wasn't sure why it didn't come yesterday. So I get up the friday morning and check the tracking and now it says it's coming on monday!!! Monday??!! How does "Premium next day delivery" move from thursday to monday? That's not next day delivery, that's 5 days later!! How can they claim to have next day premium delivery, then it doesn't arrive the day it's supposed to, then after promising on the phone that it will come the next day, moving it to monday! 5 days later. How can premium overnight delivery take 5 days. I'm baffled. Ordered a 5L container of Windex and a microfibre cloth over 2 weeks ago. I tried to cancel the order the day after I ordered via the online shop but was told I cannot cancel it until I have received it as I need to ask for a refund. Then I call the shop and they said it was arriving last week but when we go a few days later it's not arrived. Ordered business cards online 4th Feb, 4 to 8 days delivery to store. sent me a link I could look at to see how the order was progressing. Status never changed. Tried ringing the head office. Poor delivery service! Poor customer telephone connection!
I placed an order on 6th Feb 2020 and it was a same day delivery. I have not received it on 12nd Feb 2020. I tried a call the service line 1300 633 423 and I could not talk with anyone. I tracked my order again this morning, it showed the goods was delivered on Last Thursday. I tried to called 1300 number again, it was not working again. I will go to buy goods in person in the future. Very frustrated. I had to contact Mentone Officeworks for a help. As you know, they could not do to much because I did not order it from their shop.

, I would complimented the staff at Mentone shop of Officeowrks and they were very helpful and supportive. Although I did not order the goods from their shop, they helped me to call the Officeworks centre. Thank you those two nice ladies who works in the Mentone Officeworks. Absolutely useless
Why they have same day delivery listed on there site is beyond me . When nothing gets delivered the same day . Just like my order now was meant to be delivered the same day nope didn't happen instead it coming 3 days after its meant to be delivered . Not to mention the oxley store doesn't even know how to answer there phone at all tried ringing them for an hour and it just rang out and that's by starting to ring them 10 minutes after they had opened .

Photo book disaster
After spending hours preparing a photo book of a recent holiday, it was delivered incomplete. Looking back on my account I can still see the finished version and how it should have been printed. Customer service could not care less when I informed them of their mistake. Will never order a photo book from Officeworks again.

I placed an order online. I did not receive order confirmation email as stated. The full amount was deducted from my bank account immediately. Received email to say my order needed to be verified. riminal that the money can leave my account so quickly but not return in the same manner. Also that transaction was declined by Officeworks third party provider AFTER they took my money. She then told me that the do not reply email was from a third party (funny about that, considering it clearly states that it came from Office works) when I asked who the third party was, she declined to give me any information (which make me suspicious that she was not being entirely honest me me) she then wanted me to direct her, to my companies website ( I work under an ABN and not for a Proprietary Limited Company, so don't have a company website) and made this quite clear to her, at the beginning of the conversation (she faltered and then I realised, that she didn't understand the difference between an ABN and PLC status) She became more and more upset, stating that I was somehow "harassing" here. When I pointed out, if I had staff and they were as non-transparent as her, I would cancel their contracts. She ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I don't know how you recruit, or where you source your staff from Officeworks, but I can assure you, that you need to go back and do some serious re-training in this area! The damage has been done Office Works. You just can't wave some kind of magic wand and go back in time to fix this. Your business policies and practices are woeful and you are losing customers and potential business, because of practices.
