Extremely poor customer service
I had 2 orders in the process, first was just about to be delivered within days, according to the info on they website, when I made second order.
In few days I found out that first order is delayed by a week, without any info update or apologies, even though it was a local supplier and it took them already 1 month, before the delay.

Still waiting for my refund

ur Brand Partners. When a sales event ends, we then order stock from our supplier based on customer purchases. Due to this, there are factors that are out of our control such as the supplier sourcing the stocks and sending them on time, weather, etc. Once they have been sent only can the picking and packing commence. My order got delivered to the wrong address in the wrong state! Oo.coms response was for me to go collect it myself disgusting, no refund, no replacement, no apology just a don't in my bank account. Don’t deliver as per estimated delivery and customer service do not respond or avoid providing resolution.
Placed a number of orders in November 2022 all were Christmas presents. The estimated delivery date for each order was no later than 17/12/19, plenty of time for Christmas. On the 2/12, 2 of my orders were supposedly delivered but weren’t and no calling card was left by fastaway couriers. Made contact as to what was occurring. The response from oo.com.au. did not assist, rather told me to track an order that was telling me that the order had been delivered. t very frustrating. I asked them to call me so I could convey my issues verbally and hopefully get them to understand my problems but this never occurred. On the 19/12/19 and after many, many, customer contacts that either resulted in a non response or a silly answer I knew that the chance of getting my orders was very slim. I sent them a detailed contact quoting order numbers and requested a full refund. These were meant to be Christmas presents and were no longer required. This never occurred, yesterday I checked the orders to see if a I had a refund and was dismayed to find that on that very day 6/1/2020 the courier company claimed they tried to deliver 2 of these orders, orders dispatched well after my request for refund and yet again no calling card from the courier company was left and I don’t believe they called. The courier company are just as bad with contacts, they don’t respond or don’t actually answer the question you ask. Again contacted oo.com.au and complained. Needless to say they actually ignored my complaint and sent me a response about tracking?????? Beyond belief, I have no goods, no refund, it is well after Christmas and no one at oo.com.au cares to assist in providing a true response to resolving your problem. Very slow dispatch and poor customer service. AVOID!!!
Ordered some items that were coming from the UK. After 2 weeks my parcel still hadn't even picked up by the courier company. Contacted them via their website, very slow to respond (3 days). Got a generic reply saying they're sorry and that my order had definitely been picked up by the courier company.
I managed to find a phone number to actually speak to someone about my order, but they were no help at all basically gave me the same spiel as the message I was sent on their website. For future reference to anyone trying to get in contact with OO via the phone, call the OZSALE number: (02) 8081 0972, as both websites are owned and run by the same company.
I will never use OO in the future.

Ordered on 29th November - three items. 2 items from China arrived Monday 30th December. Last item from within Australia not delivered yet! Have sent three messages directly to oo.com.au and no response from any message. Have gone way downhill in service and delivery.

Left without four Christmas orders
Left without four Christmas orders I placed in November because the website told me all would be here by 13-18 December (some said earlier). Three were dispatched 12, 16 and 20 December with one tracking order actually working and saying the courier collected 18 Dec. One hasnt even been picked yet. customer service via Facebook blamed the courier for the delay and told me they likely wouldnt arrive by Christmas.Now comes the scramble to find gifts on Christmas Eve! I shop online to avoid last minute gift hunting ... very disappointing.

Horrendously slow dispatch of orders
I placed an order via oo.com.au website on 30 Mayember intended for Christmas which why I placed my order on the date specified, allowing sufficient time to reach my address on time for Christmas Day. The first part of the order was sent out on 17 December and the second part of the order was only just sent out yesterday 20 December. Consistently disappointing.
Once a relatively independent online retailer, OO was always a bit hit and miss, but for the most part was a reasonable option for cheap prices on decent stock. Then it was absorbed by a larger company, along with several competitors, and it went downhill fast.

it for delivery is not unusual. Customer service is average to poor, with response times and heavy use of scripted answers both being a problem. Likewise, the website is not especially user friendly, and in some parts worryingly dated. Prices are generally attractive, but really don't seem worth the hassle (and gambling you'll actually get what you ordered), as well as the limited options one would expect from a clearance-sale type of store. No-one is getting back to me
I made a purchase last week. I went to check on the status of my order to find it had been cancelled, without any notification as to why. No one will return my attempt in contacting them via their mobile app. I cannot find another means of contact. I want to know why my order was cancelled. If i didnt go into my account to check my order status I would not have even known you cancelled it! I receive constant emails regarding new sales but basic customer service is non existent.
