Unfortunately, I can't give optically a good review. While the glasses do probably work for those who reglaze or go in in-person, I was left with no communication and had to wait 2 months for my glasses to arrive. I got them yesterday. I had noticed that on the order tracking page they changed my prescription (without asking or checking with me) and my frames feel very flimsy and plastic. My prescription is for all-around use and what i recieved is a subpar pair of too-high power reading/near focus lenses. I may need to send these back and order from elsewhere or fork out the massive expense at my usual specsavers.

Easy to order and deal with for a reglaze of my titanium frame specs.
The price was a lot cheaper than a completely new pair and for the same service from other companies. Also should you want more than basic lenses you still get some purchase options for a reglaze, all at a good price.
My reglazed pair arrived as good as new, very happy with the result.

I have been using Optically for several years now and have found the quality and service excellent. Optically is far and away the best option for new spectacles. Rock on!

I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but thankfully found the service was great. I ordered prescription bifocal lenses using the online web pages very easily. After posting my existing frames (inc old lenses) I received my glasses with replacement lenses within 10 working days.
The quality of the re-glaze seems fine so would not hesitate to use Optically for future glasses updates. They provide much better value for money than your main stream retailers.

Lenses are of higher quality than your standard cheapies & their service is great. Highly recommended & well worth checking out. Good to send off existing frames to have new lenses fitted too.

Highly recommended online shop. Three pair of glasses I have bought from this shop. Placing orders and on time delivery were impressive. The quality of the glasses was good even though one of the lenses got scratched in less than three months. Overall I am happy with my purchases. If I need another pair of glasses, I would use Optically website again.

glasses felt very plastic all around vs having any glass in them, they were good for entry level, they have an amazing shape and fitted well, i couldn't see to well with them but that was my fault because i needed a new eye check up, price was amazing

Heaps of options for reglazing (I got one of my old pairs turned into sunglasses and another just updated with a newer script).

I found the online experience shopping for new glasses frames to be so easy. The filter system they have is so easy to use - you just pick your frame shape and colour and it shows you the range of your options. Much easier than spending hours in front of stands in the shops and getting confused

Website easy to navigate with plenty of choice and options. Glasses received are of excellent quality. Possibly would suggest status updates during waiting for delivery. Process to add prescription details is easy.

Easy to use store and products. Good looking glasses. Very well priced. Quality is good. Process is very simple to use. Delivery times are not too bad, but could be better. Maybe, have expedited delivery. As these are mostly prescription glasses, a shorter wait time from order to delivery would be super to have.

Was going overseas and had to get glasses in a hurry. Explained to Optically and they cut the delivery time. Not only that, kept me informed all the way. Glasses were as advertised and very happy with the purchase.

I needed new lenses in y frames and got these from the Optically lab. I can certainly vouch for their quality of product and service. I got new lenses in my frames in about a week and the quality is second to none.

I was looking for a pair of multifocal glasses and visited a well-known chain of optical stores. I was shocked to hear the prices and started shopping around for alternatives. I found optically on google and I am so glad I used them. My glasses just got delivered and I simply love them. I can’t believe how much I have saved. These people have a good selection of frames and I called Andy on the mobile who was really helpful. My husband will use your service for his prescription glasses too.

I ordered a lens replacement of 2 pairs of glasses. When they arrived one pair was someone else's. For the past 10 days, I've been having to chase them up to fix this.
1. Phone number NEVER gets answered during office hours and has no voice mail working
2. Emails take 2-3 days to respond (currently 5 days)
3. They don't even know where my glasses are located.
4. I've had someone elses glasses waiting here for instructions on where to send them for 10 days
5. They called me back just once (7.20pm at night) and have not called again. Expecting me to ring - see above about their number not getting answered.

I've been pretty patient and forgiving but am not getting extremely frustrated with their lack of customer service.

One star because I can't leave none! Hideous company. I ordered my prescription lenses with transitions. What arrived eventually was a pair of sunglasses (but I had been charged the fee for transitions) with the thickest lenses in the cheapest frames you've ever seen! Many almost illiterate emails later I asked them to honour their, "If you are not delighted with your glasses you get your money back". I had to go though Paypal to get it.
