Simply an Excellent Machine
A well made machine that just blows away the opposition.I spent several weeks researching and reviewing most machines on the market and the 8200 ended up ticking all the boxes. I use it 5 days a week and mainly for vegetable blending. Also makes superb smoothies. I have had it for almost 12 months and it's still as good as new.

Used everyday without fail!
We use this blender everyday for a multitude of things, starts with the breakfast smoothy, silky smooth nut butters and ends the day with a dairy free ice- cream with all frozen fruits and minimal liquids. The machines power is beyond comparison to any other "bullett" machines out there. Its quick, efficient and just as important- easy to clean!.

Trust me, I'm a doctor
I am a doctor working with obesity and type two diabetes every single day of my clinical life. I became aware that keeping up with healthy eating habits, exactly the ones I prescribe to my patients, was proving rather difficult for me. I have a very busy schedule and through routine and persevering I ended up keeping to my exercise routines but making time to cook a good meal wasn't as easy. Hang on, did I just say cook? I subsequently realized that cook was a past tense if I could stick to a raw diet (no pun intended). I started juicing my foo...Read more
ds and drinking them, that machine lasted for about six months and I subsequently came into contact with the Froothie. The Froothie advertisement is well and truly underrated. It is the best three hundred dollars I've ever spent on anything! I juice up my greens, berries and citrus at the beginning of the week and store them in the fridge for the rest of the week. Every morning I drink one litre of a green smoothie that contains all the antioxidants, anticancer, anti- (everything bad). It instantly revitalizes me (probably the hydration effect) but to know that all this goodness came at a low calorie cost is even more revitalizing! Full of pep and glowing, I proceed onto tackling the challenges of my day. Don't buy an anti-aging cream, buy a Froothie that will give you real results. Trust me. I'm a doctor.Similar opinion? Best kitchen appliance I have ever purchased.
I was originally looking at purchasing a Nutri Bullet after watching the advertorial, so then i went and researched Product Review and was not entirely happy with some of the results. I noticed that some of the reviews mentioned Optimum so back into Google and did some more research. What i found were reviews of mostly 5 stars, something i have rarely seen in all my years as a consumer. So after looking at the Froothie website, contacting the wonderful and helpful staff i decided to purchase the Optimum 8200. A number of things persuaded me to...Read more
spend more than i had originally planned to spend, but now I've done so I'm pleased i did. Some of the main reasons were the great specifications, i.e. the high revolutions of the motor and blades compared to other cheaper alternatives, the quality and finish of the item, the great staff that i spoke too, 5 year warranty compared to 1 year with alternative brands. The purchase includes great product support and a comprehensive recipe book. I have only had my Optimum 8200 a short time but have made a number of the recipes, all successful, all delicious I recommend the Optimum to any one looking at purchasing this type of kitchen product, i'm sure it will still be working flawlessly long after the other TV brands have bitten the dust Did i mention how delicious everything tastes. Great product
We use this almost everyday. We make smoothies, sauces, nut butters, smoothies and desserts. The smoothies are really smooth, even with seeds in there. It is easy clean and now has a permanent place on our bench. I would highly recommend the Optimum 8200. We tried other brands but they did not hold up.

Still happy with my purchase of the Optimum 8200 blender 6 months on!
It's been about 6 months since I purchased the the Optimum 8200 blender and I still use it everyday for smoothies (that are actually smooth) and yummy meals and desserts. It is quick, powerful, easy to clean and use and best of all blends up the toughest raw veggies without leaving chunky bits! Super happy with my decision to purchase other models- have recommended to family and friends.

Super health benefits. High quality finish.
Absolutely pulverises all those super healthy but no so tasty vegetables and perfectly fuses them with fruits, nuts and seeds to make super smooth, healthy and delicious super smoothies. All the important and working parts are made of steel meaning this super blender will easily outlast the competition. Easy to clean and easily find a place in the kitchen.

Best Blender
I have been using the optimum for over half a year nearly everyday. It still works as if I bought it yesterday. It blends ice on its own very well, there are no large chunks of ice. It also blends vegetables like carrots, kale, spinach finely. I am glad I did my research and bought the optimum instead of other blenders.

Solid, reliable workhorse
I've had my optimum 8200 for about 12 months and use it daily. Still blends super smooth and I've had no issues with it. It has much larger capacity than its competitors, so is great for making soups and smoothies for a few people. Only area for improvement would be the visual design, the base is quite bulky and dated (no doubt to provide all the power that it has) but I still would rate it much higher than my previous blenders.

Affordable Quality
A high performing blender made with quality materials. Powerful enough to handle any tough ingredient and blending to perfect consistency every time. The timed options are a handy function and no clogging or stoppages show the quality of this blender and its design. Excellent performance and a huge presence in the kitchen. A must have in any kitchen, with the Optimum 8200 you can't go wrong!

Everyday essential
From breakfast to dinner and snacks in between, my Optimum 8200 gives me a boost by releasing all the nutrients I need. Without my Optimum my diet would be very restricted as a result of a Gastorectomy five years ago. Instead of picking and choosing foods I can eat, my Optimum makes them all available.

Great value for money
When my old blender broke (a $100 breville one) I was keen to upgrade and find one that was going to last the distance. It's always a dilemma for me when buying appliances- do I go for the cheap one and hope it turns out to be good? Or invest some more money and hope that it's worth the higher price tag?
I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews, and settled on the Optimum 8200 blender. It sounded like it worked well, it had a 5 year warranty (so no worries about it dying after a short time), and yet wasn't too expensive... It was a g...Read more

So Happy With This Blender.
We have been thinking about getting an Optimum blender for some time and we finally did. The only regret is we didn't buy one sooner. It makes the perfect smoothies and we have managed to make some super smooth peanut butter in it too. The long warranty is what helped us make our decision but the main plus is the speed and power of the blender compared to others. We had some initial issues with the style of jug we received (we thought it came with the slimmer jug not the square one) but communication with us about this was prompt and helpful. We have recommended this and the 9400 to friends who have purchased and are also happy. We highly recommend!

Lived up to the hype, very happy with the buy, money well spent, such a time save.
Easy to use, super fast at doing its thing, saves heaps of time. Mum loves it- $300 well spent she reckons.
Smoothies are actually smooth. the sorbets are so yum. Chutneys are made in minutes.
Staff are great to deal with they delivered a missing milk bag within 2 days. This is great for making cocktails too,
awesome bar tending tool. crushes ice in seconds and the 2 L jar is a great size.

I've been showing my new Optimum off to all my friends....
I was tired of my old blender not coping with a lot of the ingredients I wanted to use. After a lot of research I decided on the Optimum 8200 and I'm in love with it. It has become the most used appliance in my kitchen. It's got me feeling healthy already!

Powerful but has been returned twice
Very powerful, good quality - 1000 times better than any other blender I've had. It has however had to bu returned for a sparking issue, and for leaking through the base of the jug.
The lid design could be improved, however, as liquid often leaks out. Could also do with a facelift, as it looks like is was designed in the 50s.
Overall, a bloody good, solid unit that I would recommend to others more readily if the spent a bit more on R&D.

Green Smoothies - How They Should Be
I bought the Optimum 8200 after having had 2 other blenders that didn't cost as much but as you may guess didn't last either. In the end I was fed up with blenders that either got food stuck in places that couldn't be cleaned or whose blending capabilities meant my green smoothie better resembled my vegetable garden than a drink. I have had the Optimum 8200 for 3 months now and love it, it blends beautifully, is quiet and is easy to clean. My green smoothies, are as the name suggests they should be - smooth. I wish I had bought this blender two blenders ago.

Health Booster
I did extensive search before buying Optimum blender. The previous ones were good for shakes and smoothies but nothing beats the speed and result product of nut milks, vegetable juices, nut butters, nut powders and even flours. My health has significantly improved since last year because my buddy Optimum has given me healthy homemade milks, smoothies, juices in no time with out any preservatives and additional non required chemicals. Now I make fresh soy milk, walnut milk and almond milk which helped lowering my spouse cholesterol levels. I...Read more
now even make my own oatmeal, quinoa meals, almond meal which otherwise are expensive to buy. The finish product of almond butter is far more tastier than store bought and that too at fraction of the cost. I was bit reluctant to pay the price in start but the product has done complete justice to its price. In fact I have saved heaps by making things at home. I am using the blender from 11 months and loving it so far.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Much Better Than The One That Blew Up!
With three of us making healthy smoothies -sometimes twice a day- the competition didn't make the grade, dying abruptly after seven months. The 8200 is robust and reliable. Thanks for a great alternative that does what it says! The reset switch is a bonus too! Highly recommend the unit. Fabulous.

Questions & Answers
Adrian and Tinaasked
Hi there,
We are currently in the market for a new blender and can't decide between the 8200 and the 9200A. Besides the motor size, is there any great difference? We plan on using it for nut milks, banana nicecream, smoothies, nut butters and raw soups. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Adrian and Tina

How well does this work for making nut butter?

It turned up very smooth! I never knew peanut butter or almond butter don’t need to add the butter in it. It’s kind of enjoying to watch nut turns into the butter.

What is the difference between the 8200 2L jug and the 9200a 2L jug?
I have a 9200a machine but for $60 less I could potentially buy the 8200 jug to replace my 9200 jug.

Hi. I don’t have the 9200 so you would be best to get an answer directly from Froothie about that question.
