This is fantastic and really work's!
It took about 3 days to adjust to the taste but now it just tastes like a strawberry milkshake. I did try it with water 1st and was terrible. I'm on day 4 and have lost 3kg already. So far so good.
Purchased in October 2021 at Chemist Warehouse for $65.00.

Keep at it! It works!
Tried the chocolate flavoured version of this first and it was so disgusting that I had to pinch my nose to drink it so I couldn't smell it. But I stuck with it and lost 11kg in one week using 3 shakes per day as a complete meal replacement. Yes you do feel starving but that only lasts a couple of days until you adjust from a food diet to a liquid diet. old my nose anymore. Just started on the strawberry after I put on 6kg from moving house and eating a lot of junk food. After 24 hours I've gone from 64.4kg to 63.2kg. That's 1.2kg lost in one day on these shakes. Don't try other brands that taste good because the reason they taste good is because they have a high sugar content. If you really are serious about losing weight quickly then you can't expect to do it if you don't have to suffer in one way or another a little bit.Purchased in July 2021 at Chemist Warehouse for $35.00.

Need help
First time trying shakes with my weight loss, I’ve bought the optislim platinum and is disgusting. Is it normal ? I gagged after the first sip, but forced it down anyways. but after today I don’t think I’ll be able to stick to it. Advice how to make it a lot more pleasant to take.
