We had a problem with the small land size and requested Michael Sgro to help us with a house to suit. Not only did he help but all the suggestion he made to make it work were great. Michael was very easy to work with and listened to all our concerns and found solutions for all our worries and gave us confidence in what we were trying to achieve.

Just I started my journey with Orbithomes, Melbourne. So far I have great experience with the sale consultant Michael Sgro at Atherstone Estate. Issue is that I have a block of land, which is very small (260sq meter) to fit with the usual home design. I looked around to find out the design, and at last I was happy with the little bit custom design of Orbit homes. In this regard, Michael was very helpful and patient to listen to me. I made many appointments with Michael to discuss about the changes what I wanted. Finally, we made a customized design, and waiting for next steps.

Color appointment has gone well and am happy with the final outcome. Priscilla was very good with the color contrast suggestions, at different sections of the house. Also got impressed with the bright ideas she gave for minor modifications. I was delighted to meet Carnita Sanz (my customer service manager) for the first time. She was very accommodating with my requests.

I am still in sales stage. Asked for Sumit to handle case. No push for sales deposit until you are satisfied. Recommendations for saving cost and assisting in getting items cost from back end. Assisted also in scheduling a run check of studio to make sure things which are included, are satisfactory.

Being a first home buyer, we were so conscious about our house but we had an excellent experience dealing with Shweta (Orbit Homes Consultant). It's been an amazing and clear communication with her since day one. Orbit Homes displays are one of the best houses in Melbourne I would say.

Bought the "house and land" package from Orbit, and being waiting for being the landowner now. The offered price is good, the display house look fantastic but the thing the makes our experience outstanding is the staff. Sandra is very patient, friendly, and creative, and the most importantly, she's happy to give us professional advice regarding the house layout, fixtures costing and paperwork procedure to ensure it the whole process of choosing the right home smooth and satisfied. Can't wait for the building stage and see our house completed.
