Currently in pre-construction planning for our first home, we have found Sandra McLaughlin to be nothing short of amazing! Sandra has been extremely thorough and patient, and as first home builders, we have found her to be very knowedgeable and supportive. We are excited to be working with her, and are confident that this will be a memorable journey with her by our side!

At the pre construction stage of our build. Came back to a Sandra because of her friendly service and advice. She listened to us and helped us with ideas. Love the ability to change up design to suit our needs. We are looking forward to seeing our plans come to life.

Even though we are only a small way into our building process, we have experienced the best customer service from Damjan, Carnita and Priscilla so far! Damjan was so helpful in our design and planning. He even helped us select a block to build on, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of planning and selecting the perfect home design for us and our budget. Carnita has been so helpful in finding us a time to select our colors, and I can't wait to meet with Priscilla to go through this process too.

After a lot of confusion and options with so many builders, I am finally very happy to be starting the journey with Orbit, all because of Shweta K. She helped me customise the plan to what I wanted and answered all my questions any time of the day and even after hours. Excellent service from Shweta. I look forward to getting the continued support from rest of the Orbit team in the journey.

Adam Thomson and his manager Andrew Boulding have spent massive time on our first new home since the first time I spoke with Adam. Being that patient and professionally answering all our queries especially my partner is so obsessed with uncessary details, I am so impressed that they deliver such a qualitative house design and I feel a bit sorry that Andrew didn't get a chance to have lunch during our color selection appointment, and they would sacrifice their own time to suit our needs.

It was very good experience so far. Shweta Kharbanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only she helped us through out the process but she also gave some good ideas to make our first home as we wanted it to be. We are expecting from Orbit Homes that rest of our journey will go as smooth as it started towards our first home.

We really like the quality and design of display houses of Orbit Homes and their promotions. And all thanks to Shweta Kharbanda for helping us in planning our first home the way we wanted and going extra miles for getting it approved. From the meetings and emails with the sales consultant at Highlands. To trying to book a colour appointment and then attending it has been exhausting.
All my time has been spent following up on things that have not been actioned or have been recorded incorrectly. Attention to detail is non existent. I would hope that it improves for build.
The owner introduced himself at my colour appointment (something I believe he does for all Melbourne based clients) but cant be contacted when concerns are raised with Senior Management. I find this leadership to be concerning.
Bank has advised that build cost is over priced compared to other builders. Buyer beware - I am now!

As a first homeowner, I have too much concern, unknow and worries. But Orbit home sales team Elise and color appointment Priscilla has been fantastic. They are patient and nice answering all my questions and sort the build process. A big thanks to Orbit Homes and looking forward to our new home.

We liked the area we lived, but not our house so we decided on a knock down rebuild, we chose Orbit Homes as they had the design we liked featuring nice big rooms and plenty of storage. We have never done this before and this is where we really appreciated the patience and guidance offered by Jerome (JP) and Ilirah at the Eliston estate Clyde North. They were both fabulous and the displays there are superb.

We were quite mixed with our ideas and Shweta K (Sales consultant) had a very clear picture of our needs and helped us in meeting our thoughts within our budget. We were rightly guided with different options and were provided with the image of how the house would look like before signing the contract.
