This is the worst thing I have ever purchased
This is the actual worst product on the market.
Used on and off for not even 3 months, within the first 2 weeks I had snot spitting at me out of an exit air hole on the side of the device. I emailed them and they weren't all that helpful, so I kept using it as per instructions. Cleaning it as per instructions. It has now stopped working.
Emailed them for a replacement, asked for a receipt, model number etc. Sent it through to them, and they have requested I post the old one back.. a used, germy bacteria filled snot sucking machine.. in th...Read more
e post.. where not only Australia post have to interact with the parcel but the people who collect the post and process returns have to touch it? It's actually really gross and they have no idea that I havent used it for covid-19 purposes, yet they are happy to have me send and for multiple people interact with it to have the aspirator returned.Purchased in February 2021 at Baby buntings for A$80.00.

With regard to the sending the unit back, this is standard policy on warranty claims, and we would assume that this would be sent sealed for investigations, as instructed, which will avoid the complications and risk factors you mentioned. Great if your mucus isn't thick
Would have loved this product if it was effective for us. My son has very thick stringy mucus and even when using saline solution it still wasn't powerful enough to clear out the gunk in his sinuses. I'm disappointed tbh :( but would be effective for standard coldy flu mucus

Oricom support is amazing
I bought the product the first time my newborn caught the cold. It worked like a charm, unfortunately it seized working. However, the support team got in contact straight away and were more than happy to replace it. I spoke to Janet and she was friendly and patient while I looked up the receipt number and fowarded over to her all whilst she was on the phone. Couldnt be happier, thank you!

Can’t live without!
This is by far my favourite baby product out in the market.
The quiet operating, fast but gentle suction had my little stuffed nose baby cleared up within second.
So easy to use and easy to clean!
10/10 highly recommend!

Saved my baby from breathing difficulty!
My baby had breathing difficulty last night due to mucus blocking it and kept crying. We tried using this nasal aspirator with the longer end to suck the mucus out. Tried a few times and it saved my baby and he's back to his happy state.
Would like to suggest giving a smaller hole end as well because newborn's nose hole is still very small.

Perfect for little noses!!
I love the Oricom HNA100 as it has two different attachments for different size noses. I have three children and I love that I can use one product for the three of them. It is so effective and we have already used it so much with those Winter colds going around.

Used on a newborn
My little man is 5 weeks old and has had a congested nose for a few weeks. The nasal aspirator comes with two different silicone tips. The thin one works best for someone so young. The shorter one won’t fit in his nostril yet but will be great when he is older. Love that it’s gentle on his nose and has two different suction types. Great investment for helping clear mucus for newborn or children

Great Product! Clears Nose Effectively
I have tried the nasal aspirator with my two children. I find the shorter attachment great for my 18 month as it is easier to get into her larger nostril when she is moving around a lot. When she is sleeping I prefer to use the longer attachment because it seems to fit better into her nostril for a thorough clean out. I find the longer attachment better for my newborn as she has quite small nostrils and it fits perfectly inside. s are soft and flexible, and I feel confident that my child is safe when I’m putting them into her nose. The two suction levels are good, I found the slower speed good for getting rid of any external mucus, and the higher speed was great for mucus deeper into their nostrils. It even gets those dried ones out when her breathing sounds obstructed. Great product, very handy, and easy to clean. And I love that it is rechargeable, and the battery life is amazing.Purchased in May 2021.
