I love my Oricom Baby Monitor

published

In the 2 years I have had my Oricom baby monitor it has done all that has been required of it. I have had to replace a camera after the first year, but I use this product all day everyday. Some where and tear should be expected. I have just had to replace the home unit, it works fine it just wouldn't charge. Oricom have been fantastic on both accounts replacing the parts under warranty quickly and with little fuss. I would buy this again and recommend it for new mums. Thanks oricom.

Purchased in November 2021 at Baby Bunting for A$280.00.

I was very disappointed that my monitor stopped working after only 6 months however when I phoned oricom they organised a complete replacement for me which I was relieved about! Thank you!

Hi, I currently have a SC850, and I need another monitor for my other kid. I don't like the 2nd camera option as I understand the camera will be on all the time switching between cameras. I'm thinking of buying a second unit, either another SC850/SC860, can you please let me know whether 2 Oricom units will interfere each other if being used in the same house? Thanks.

Hi there, thanks for the message. It is always a risk to have two models connected within close proximity of one another, as they may interfere and cause range dropouts. We would recommend that you give our locally based Oricom Support a call on 02 4574 8888 Mon-Fri 8am-6pm AEST, as the team will be able to discuss some options with you. All the best, Oricom Baby Care.
