Why is my monitor all of a sudden saying out of range! I’ve tried trouble shooting which has not worked! Sometimes I can get it to click on and then a matter of a minute later its out and does not click back in again. I am based in NZ. I run two monitors off it and monitor number two seems to still work(but it does click in and out sometimes) but monitor one just goes completely and that's it.

Hi my oricom sc710 camera is not working. The orange lift is not getting on. I tried putting in new batteries, direct with power supply but no luck. Can you guys assist as I have little bub. Can I hear at your earliest?

Hi,

I've just woken up to my son screaming because my parent unit sent off over night so I didn't hear him :(

The power light is on but the red led light is also on which usually isn't and i cant turn it on. What is the issue please? I've looked through the user guide and can't see anything about it.

My I have an oricom dual monitor for my twins & the parent monitor is completely black like it has no power yet the orange power light is on. Have taken the batteries out etc & still nothing

Can I use the 710 cameras with the secure 740. I just purchased two extra camera for the 710 and now the receiver broke so I now need one of them. Was hoping to get the 740 if it will work with the cameras.

Our monitor has been working fine and tonight, the camera is in but we cannot hear anything. We’ve tried turning both parent and baby room handset off and on, and checked the volume is turned up. Is there something else we are missing?

How do you remove a camera from the camera channel on the SC710?
I have two cameras. One using Channel 1, and the other is connected to both Channel 2 and 4. I need to remove it from a channel 4 as it just beeps and says Out of Range. It means I can’t use the scan function. Help please

Hi Veronika, I have often found that sometimes I would check the monitor only to see myself at the cot when indeed I am not! I think sometimes it can freeze on the last image before it turns off. To my knowledge there is not storing or saving of images. Try turning you unit on an off again. I found that the image would only be fleeting but enough to startle me and then give me a giggle.

Hi I have the oricom 710 and second monitor added to it. It all works great.. except I have the parent monitor on charge always (unless we go out of the room or whatever and bubs are sleeping). But the parent monitor screen literally goes flat within 10-20 mins (as shown in the battery icon). Why doesnt it last any longer then that off charge!? Can i buy a new battery or parent monitor

Is there like a reset button?
I've liked this monitor since I got it but lately it doesn't seem to alert us when our baby wakes. I hear him and the monitor doesn't even register ... Bizzare it's just started happening it's only 7 months old

Hi I just brought a second camera for my s710 monitor and it won't register it just keeps coming up with our of range on parent screen I have tried numerous times. Have tried camera setting 2,3 and 4 just incase but still nothing

My Oricom monitor lights up when my baby makes noise but the screen won’t return to ‘sleep’ mode when all is still and quiet. I have to manually turn it off. This is causing the battery to drain if I don’t have the parent unit on charge plus it’s annoying at night time if the screen remains lit. Any help to fix this would be appreciated :)

Hello, i have purchased another oricom secure 710 as my parent unit was playing up but I needed two cameras anyway as baby num 2 is nearly here. Anyway this new one I have plays the lullaby but won't go to a blank screen on the parent unit. I want music in the baby's room but I don't want to continue listening to music myself? My old parent unit worked fine for that so no idea how to fix this.

I have had my Oricom for over a year now and works well. Sometimes when I push the button to see if my son is sleeping okay I see a person but it goes quickly. I’m wondering if the camera has a delay in it when I turn it on? Coz it’s scared me a few times only happened twice to me.
