My gates and screens were finally delivered after poor communication by staff giving false delivery dates. What has exasperated the poor service is the gates where manufactured incorrectly, the motor received was for another customer and then to be the icing on the cake, the new motor provided does not work. Frustrating in all aspects, currently have gates that are not what was ordered, do not work and having to pay installers for their time (2 days currently) for Oxworks incompetance

I have ordered several jobs from this company now and find them very easy to deal with. I have had Colorbond, glass and some pool fencing and it's all come together perfectly. Sales team was very helpful.

Oxworks supplied us with some custom aluminium entry gates for our driveway. They look amazing and we are really happy with the result. Also got a small run of glass pool fencing which turned out great after getting some install advice from the sales staff. Very happy to recommend these guys.

Contacted Oxworks for a glazing certificate in relation to a swimming pool certification. They had lost my personal details confirming the purchase. I supplied evidence showing I had made the purchase, however they were unwilling to retrieve the information and supply the certificate. Poor service and poor company practise.

Had a glass pool fence installed in November 2018 and this week 1 panel shattered for no reason at all. It wasn't a hot day and no one was outside near the fence, we heard it shatter from inside our house. No one has touched the glass except ourselves cleaning it twice. Oxworks wouldn't supply a new panel saying they give no warranty on their glass so we had to purchase another panel and waiting to see if any other panels are going to fall to bits as easily, plus we have to pay to have it recoated with the glass protection cleaning product -another $150. Not impressed with customer service and yes the fence was professionally installed.

Garry was so easy to get along with, communication was easy and his work outstanding. Our pool fence is both colourbond and glass and both are outstanding. His workmanship is high quality and I cannot fault this company. I would highly recommend Garry and his business to everyone.
