We had a cruise canceled in march this year, we tried to ring oz cruising, re refund how ever they are not not taking phone calls, tried emailing numerous times to no avail have used them for many years will not use you again, and I hope you read your reviews.

Covid-19 but still requesting full payment 6 months out
So booked a cruise for November 2020 in Feb this year with Ozcruising, it’s a special occasion and there were 16 in the group, I’ve sent a dozen emails to them and had one reply stating normal payment terms apply, that was about 3 weeks ago, there call centre is currently closed I’m disappointed that OZcruising are still expecting full payment under the current conditions. Refund
After our cruise was cancelled sailing from Sydney June 5th we were offered a full refund but after several attempts to contact this company through phone calls and emails i still have reply no answers. I have since read on their web page that refunds could take 6 to 9 months... are you joking ozcruising, this service is not good enough

I booked and deposited a new cruise through ozcruising and somehow they applied my old future cruise credit to my husbands booking, yet it was actually my future cruise credit. But on that note I never requested it and I actually had informed P&O that I wanted a full refund. I have emailed for the FCC to be removed and no response. I’ll never be cruising through an agent again. Get your call centres going for the workers at home cause it appears they don’t want to respond to clients money, unless taking it. On that note if you don’t have call centres how are you going to contact P&O for me to hopefully get the FCC removed so I can wait another 8 weeks for a refund!

Where's my refund too!
I booked and paid for a Royal Caribbean cruise leaving Sydney on 14 March for New Zealand through Oz Cruising on 11 December 2022. Cruise was cancelled because of COVID. After no satisfaction from Oz Cruising I phoned Royal Caribbean for a full refund but they have wiped their hands of it saying that as I paid through a travel agent I must contact the agent for the refund. That's all very well but how do you contact them? Their office in Canberra is closed and their form of reply to my emails is that they will get back to me within 7-10 days. That has not happened. I will never book through Oz Cruising again or will I cruise with Royal Caribbean. I have a "sinking" feeling we have lost $6,000 and that Oz Cruising has also sunk!!

Paid for the cruise in full. I have received email from them that the cruise is canceled due to COVID-19. i followed the link to cancel. I Canceled it . No refund, no contacts. took money and ran away. I am going to ACCC

Where's My Refund !!
OZ cruises received full fares in November 2022 for a cancelled cruise in Feb 2020. Princess cruises refunded the fare to you in mid Feb 2020. Your office is now closed and you are only generating automated emails and ignoring my repeated requests. How many customers do you owe? Are you going to pay? Legal action will now be pending and an investigation of your activities from ACCC, a current affair and the ATO. Pay up!!

Ozcruising cancellations
Seems Ozcruising are going bust. Booked and paid Cunard cruise thru Ozcruising and cruise cancelled. I want refund but only offering future cruise credit which last for 24 months. If still want refund will take a further 6 months. Not good enough. Should be entitled to full refund sooner

Oz cruising correspondence goes unanswered
We were due to sail out on a cruise in February 2020 but due to the bed configuration we decided to disembark. We have been trying to contact oz cruising since but they continue to ignore our emails. We have used Oz cruising for our cruising for ten years and are disappointed at their lack of communications. The test of any organization is not how good they are at collecting your money but how they respond when things go wrong. Oz cruising has failed this test dismally.

Terrible Company - better off booking direct with cruise company
The company ran a promo which they decided to change last minute. Our cruise booking confirmation confirmed the promo and didn't show any T&Cs for it. Here we are a few months out from sailing and OzCruising have decided to change their minds on it - even after we've shown them our confirmation.

Never with Ozcruising again.
After many years of making many bookings for cruises with them, I have now given up using them and have now booked our next 11 cruises for this year and next year with another agent.
They seem to have changed their payments policy to the cruise lines in delaying payment to the last possible day when due. We booked a cruise on Carnival Spirit early in the year and had to pay in full by the beginning of March in full for a Balcony Guarantee. Booked a year in advance for the WORST cabin & dining table!!!!
My daughter & I booked over a YEAR in ADVANCE for our cruise on the Queen Elizabeth. Our cabin was not allocated until just before we cruised (no chance of a change) so consequently we had the worst cabin possible. We requested to be placed on a table for 6 and when we arrived for dinner found that we were not only placed in the worst position in the dining room (back corner, we could not have been further from the door if we tried) but we were also placed on a table for 6 with no fellow diners. We certainly felt that OzCruising didn't know what to do with us so decided to shove us in the corner out of the way. Anyone thinking of cruising on a Cunard ship, deal direct with Cunard!

Wrong bed configuration
We booked 2 years in advance only to find out 2 weeks in advance that OZcruising had not allocated our correct bedding request. 8 single people and only 6 beds (instead of 8 single beds) so some of us had to share. They did try to fix the issue but it was too late and nothing happened. In the scheme of first world problems it's not a big deal but we paid a lot of money and it tarnished the start to our holiday. I won't book with them again because of this.

Would NOT recommend!
Ozcrusing do not communicate the cruise lines terms and conditions in their booking correspondence or confirmations. Don't gamble with your money like this!
In my sole experience with them, the cruising company have not honoured TWO onboard credit from my Ozcrusing booking. They have provided no support in dealing with the cruising company (P&O) which is the only benefit of booking through a travel agency. Instead they leave you to deal with offshore call centres yourself.
Either do it yourself for a more affordable price or find a travel agency that does what they are supposed to. I couldn't even imagine if I had a major issue with my booking!

I found booking with Ozcruising to be easy and efficient. I had no problem from upsizing from a room with a window to a balcony room. Also, they surprised us with a gift of wine and a paid for dinner at the steakhouse. Well done and thank you to the staff at Ozcruising.

Will book again
Before i booked my two cruises, i researched each step, i called and was able to book the exact room i wanted! Once on the cruise, had a surprise voucher for wine of choice abd voucher for dining in luxury steak restaurant, i loved my cruise for these surprises as was our second cruise and received nothing from p&o when we booked directly through them on our first cruise. Yay. Very happy! Thanks Oz Cruising.

Robbery in day light
I tried to book a cruise twice before Christmas, the deal clearly stated $970 on their website and I locked it to pay and received a confirmation email from them. same day i received a call that the offer was no longer available and they forgot to update their website. I booked for the second time for $1100 for the same cruise, same bloody thing . Same call same lame excuse and that particular room was sold out. As I needed to book desperately they made me pay $1500 each person!!! When we found ourselves on the cruise it wasn’t actually sold out and there were so many vacant rooms they were just trying to sell the higher rate ( balcony) rooms forcing me to fork out $3000 instead of $2000. This is unfair and I hope karma gets them back.

Oceanview Balcony means squat
I have paid $5,600 for Oceanview Balcony (guaranteed) on the Ovation of the Seas leaving Sydney 3rd January, 2022. I have been allotted an OBSTRUCTED view room which neither Oz cruising or Royal Caribbean seem to think is their problem.
Not happy and feeling quite duped. I will never book through Oz Cruising again, not will I travel Royal Caribbean again. Rang both Oz Cruising (on a premium number) and Royal Caribbean. Neither think it is their problem.

I have now completed 21 cruises, with various shipping companies, all booked through Ozcruising, and have found them to be very professional to deal with .
