Lovely staff at the Fyshwick store, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about products. Easy transaction and quick delivery time. Loving the new couch it's perfect for what we wanted and very comfortable.

We had looked around for a few months for the right dining chairs for our new home we were building and found them at Ozdesign. When they arrived, they were perfect, comfortable and the right colours.

Furniture was fully assembled and the store was easy to get around in. Just wish we could have found a foot stool to go with it. The Rocker it self is great.

We went into the store on a Saturday and came away with material swatches and an idea of the armchairs we wanted to buy. Great variety of chair styles, materials and the ladies encouraged us to take swatches home to check on colour. We returned the next day and ordered two chairs. The chairs arrived earlier than expected and they sit in pride of place in our house. The team provided decor advice, was genuinely interested in what we wanted and delivered two well made piece of furniture. We couldn’t be happier.

Great pieces of furniture-looks great in our coastal house. Can’t wait to get table and chairs. Staff friendly and service was great. Products are of great quality and easy to assemble.

Really happy with the range, our table is lovely. Staff were very nice and patient because we took a long time to choose which table and chairs we wanted. Delivery was earlier than expected and it was relatively easy to assemble

The store is great, the staff great. Guys delivering the sofas were great and communicated well.

The sofas are incredibly umcomfortable and THIS was a surprise. They look great but feel terrible to sit on for any length of time. I would go so far to say it s the most uncomfortable sofa we have sat on.

The cushions you sit on keep on sliding out also? Really??

Our kids won't even sit on it and will use ugly old lounge in our rumpus room.

Follow up 'customer care' well that was a joke! No care there.

I have bought two oz design sofas maybe 10 years ago an dtjey were fantastic. No complaints.

It was the first time we had visited Oz design and we found it very easy to navigate and find what we wanted in the Fyshwick store. We were also quite delighted at the range and style of products available. It is early days, but the quality of the product we bought appears to be very good. My wife assembled some of the furniture and found it quite easy.

While the store did not have a lot of stock items on the floor, the salesperson was very helpful in picking our some dining chairs. The chairs were also readily available. Pick up was easy. I would have preferred to have had the seats attached rather than having to do it myself, however.

My experience at Oz design was truly amazing (and I don't say this lightly). I am a very anxious person and usually hate going in to stores for expensive purchases as sales attendants can often be overly pushy. This was not the case here. The ladies (Sharon in particular) gave me space to browse the store, while still being very friendly and available when I had questions.
The dining table that I bought is gorgeous quality and was easy to assemble. The delivery team were also very friendly.

10/10 will be shopping there again

Excellent experience in terms of staff helpfullness and friendliness. There are so many product options that suit our taste and it was an overall great experience. The staff were happy to go out of their way to mix and match various items, which made selection far easier.

Found exactly what I wanted straight away, enough products to choose from without being overwhelmed, good quality, delivered on time. Friendly, helpful staff. Will be going back fo future purchases.
