The store is great, very interesting & quality products, I should say its expensive. we really loved the desk, the small literature on the table was very nice, we are happy that wood is 100 years old & our purchase is helping community to replant trees.

Purchased a beautiful 2.5m teak dining table with a live edge and matching bench seat. Got it for a bargain half price because it was floor stock. The Castle Hill store has really nice furniture for many different styles. So happy with my purchase. Will definitely go back, but need to keep an eye on the sales as retail price can be quite expensive.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable store staff. Delivery team were very pleasant and helpful and brought the items directly into the room. Furniture high quality, we are very happy with it.

We easily found the chair I was looking for at a very good price. The finish of the wood and leather was perfect. I suggest that all should look in on Ozdesign.

Lady Instore was helpful explained my options for delivery and also pick up (and what I could do if I wasn’t able to fit it in my car).

I never received a call from the pick up centre at rouse hill to say my product was in. It was only that I called them with 4 weeks having passed to see whether it had arrived that I found out it was there.

The man who helped me load my car was great. Very helpful and kind helping me.

My partner and I found nice furniture that met our needs. We were happy with the quality and customer service provided.

To improve, we would love it if Oz design could give options for certain pieces of furniture e.g. you can buy a coffee table with or without storage.

We understand that Christmas / New Year can be a busy period. 11 to 13 weeks wait time for some pieces of furniture is a lot. Maybe we chose popular pieces.

It would be nice if, when you are spending several thousand dollars in the store, there was some room for negotiation. E.g. free delivery or free accessory or a discount on the cheapest item of furniture. This wasn't available to us at the time.

Despite being assured NO assembly was required, it arrived in a very heavy cardboard box, left on the floor. Not impressed, now have to pay more for putting it together!

We purchased a 3 + 2 sofa. Extremely happy with the product. Excellent service as the sofa was delivered before the promised date which is key. Keep up the good service.

Purchased new bed, dining table and chairs, ETU x 2, and lounge. products were all delivered before scheduled date. Paid for premium delivery unpacked and put together rubbish removed was terrific. Store staff and delivery staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. More than happy with product and staff. Delivery times were excellent some things were in stock at time of purchase.

Store was set out well with a wide range of furniture. We were totally satisfied with what we chose, has the look & feel of quality. No assembly required on our purchase.

Navigation was alright. The store feels a bit crowded though. The range is good. Quality of product Purchased is good.

We bought live edge dining table and bench.
While we were very impressed with the quality of table, we are a bit disappointed with bench. Bench is a wobbly and is tipping hazard. Also bench's screw came out the same day it was installed!

I was very happy with the staff and moving around the store. They were knowledgeable and confident.
The stock the store had was of high quality and we have received part of our order that has been perfect thus far.
We are still waiting on our dining table, stools, bench etc that we were told comes in Jan/Feb 2020. I might follow up and get an ETA. This might be a tip for your customer service to maybe send out updates on ETA. I know other stores do that.

The store was easy to navigate through. This was a large store with a variety of their products on display. The staff were ready and eager to assist with all our inquires and made the order process quick and efficient. When the furniture arrived they came ready to assemble with all the pieces in good quality.

The customer service was excellent. The delivery process efficient and on time and the product quality brilliant - we purchased a wing chair and stool. Will certainly return and highly recommend.

Easy to navigate the store, range was satistfactory and service excellent. The item purchased (a glass top table) is very good. I wanted four chairs as well but could not find one that was comfortable and was matching the table.

The furniture was delivered, only to be told it wouldn't fit. On second delivery, the drivers left dirty hand prints on the furniture and left packaging behind. Customer care and general management of the situation was unprofessional.

Great store. Lovely staff who were helpful without being pushy. Found the perfect cupboard for what I needed and it was on sale. Lots of friends have commented how amazing the cupboard is!

The hallway entry table is just amazing, we were looking for a Hampton style decor table and it was the perfect fit for us, the quality of wood is really good.
