The store was very well set out and we were approached almost immediately every time we entered.

We didn’t realise the range in colours, thinking it was only the stock on show. The staff were very receptive and helpful, listening to our likes and suggesting couches to match. What we ended up purchasing was not what we originally went in to look at and we couldn’t be happier.

In uncertain times, staff were easy to contact and were very helpful. We assembled our couch and it was very simple.

We were content. The store is always set up neatly and nice. I’ve bought items from oz design and have been content on all occasions. The lady was helpful and not pushy is how I like it. Only criticism is $100 for delivery which is pretty rich. I would be looking at other suppliers. Probably manage when you have more than one item on the same day. Usually $40 to $60 is more than plenty.

The table looks great and it was also easy to find matching chairs in the store with help from the staff. The delivery process was easy and I was kept informed of the time.

I received outstanding service when visiting Oz Design MacGregor. Soon after browsing the store, the sales person approached us and quickly when finding out what we were looking for (which was all new living, dining furniture) that we would benefit from a consultation with their stylist. This was exactly what I wanted! The stylist visited a few days later and provided great advice. The range of furniture was also amazing.

Bought a buffet unit. Very happy with purchase. Only annoyance was that it required a small amount of assembly (legs) and the unit is very heavy. My husband and I were able to flip it to put it together but a single person or someone not strong would struggle

Saw a beautiful bed online and came in store to check it out. Purchased out of FOMO once seen. Was going to buy a few other pieces but service was abrupt. I passed it off as a bad day, but on a follow up call to try and get information on delivery and timings (over a week later) was given such a miserable and sarcastic attitude from the same salesperson that the store is now banished. Thanks Melinda, but the online sales technician got all the commission.

The store was beautifully decorated and set out in a manner that one could create a similar style at home. The coffee table I bought is stunning. Unique. Solid timber. I love it! However, white the products were extraordinary and the store was inviting it was the service I received from Di. A beautiful lady who not only knew her product but is a damn fine human who is caring and compassionate to boot!!! I will definitely go to Oz Design first when needing to decorate my home.

Additionally, everything arrived exactly on time. Easy. Nothing to assemble. Just good quality furniture. Thank you Di and the team at Oz Designs Skygate.
