Saw a beautiful bed online and came in store to check it out. Purchased out of FOMO once seen. Was going to buy a few other pieces but service was abrupt. I passed it off as a bad day, but on a follow up call to try and get information on delivery and timings (over a week later) was given such a miserable and sarcastic attitude from the same salesperson that the store is now banished. Thanks Melinda, but the online sales technician got all the commission.

Great range of styles. Good quality products, well priced. The store was set out well, easy to move around. The staff were very helpful. Our purchase was delivered when expected.

Carla, sales assistant was great. She helped us special order exactly what we wanted. She was honest and accurate about delivery time always eager to help. We are thrilled with how the three sofas turned out, much better than we expected. All our friends who see the penthouse rave about the sofas. The delivery men were really experts, getting the largest sofa in the elevator required magic, and somehow they got it done. They unpacked and placed everything quickly and were polite and helpful in every way. We have made it a point to tell our friends about how pleased we are with Oz Design. We will certainly be repeat customers.

Inspected on site with very helpful staff who arranged to order and inform of delivery date which all happened as scheduled to our real estates agents at the premises . As we live in Melbourne this was a great service where we could inspect while in the area and leave it all to happen without us .

I purchased a coffee table and the staff explained it would be about three weeks before it arrived on the Gold Coast. That was exactly right, when it did arrive, they called me to advise their opening hours etc. Helpful and courteous. Delighted with the coffee table!

my console was delivered earlier than expected and just when it arrived home, the delivery personnel were very perfectionist that they immediately pointed out minor dints and scratch that were negligible (unless you stare at it) . then after a week, they changed my console with a new perfect one without any hassle at all.

Staff at the Bundall store are professional, knowledgable and friendly. It's a relaxing environment to choose furniture, with a great range and everything is well positioned, making choice so much easier. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I loved the range in Bundall, much better than Fountain Gate Victoria. I went in with a whole apartment to be furnished. Carla was just fabulous. She gave me all sorts of ideas and advice, without being pushy and then gave me space to sort it out in my head and decide. Her styling tips were spot on and we've had so many compliments.

Store was immaculate! Well set out & easy to navigate. We sat on the Tempest 3 seater couch & were instantly sold. We didnt even bother to look any further as it was perfect. The team found me the same dining chairs I bought from another store 3 years ago and they are a perfect match. Moving is stressful and I managed to get what I needed without fuss, delivered on time and a friendly conversation.

I purchased a framed canvas and because the company didn't advise the extended delay of supplying it the manager kindly offered me the one on display. I very much appreciated this kindness. The staff at the Bundall store are so lovely.

We went to a few stores before OZdesign, should not have wasted our time. We found what we wanted with ease. The service was great. We will be back, and the range of products even better.

Store had a good range of furniture and we were happy with the items we brought. However salespeople seemed disinterested and not particularly attentive. In short customer service was very mediocre .

The new store in Bundall is beautifully set out with a great range of furniture. The staff were really helpful advising me on how different pieces could work together. Communication on the delivery arrangements was excellent with the store and the delivery team keeping me updated on the delivery time frame. It was all a very positive experience and my apartment looks great with my new furniture.

The service and products are wonderful. When the furniture arrived i wasnt disappointed. Excellent quality. The sales lady spent a lot of time showing me options. It is my favourite store.

I was on my way to order a lounge suite from another store and discovered by accident Oz Design. There was so much variety and uh nique pieces. I came out of the store with an order for a beautiful lounge, to be delivered within 6 weeks. The staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The lounge arrived on time, already assembled. It is so comfortable, looks fantastic, and is just perfect for our lifestyle. I look forward to going back to the store too find something more interesting pieces to add to our home.
