I received outstanding service when visiting Oz Design MacGregor. Soon after browsing the store, the sales person approached us and quickly when finding out what we were looking for (which was all new living, dining furniture) that we would benefit from a consultation with their stylist. This was exactly what I wanted! The stylist visited a few days later and provided great advice. The range of furniture was also amazing.

Bought a buffet unit. Very happy with purchase. Only annoyance was that it required a small amount of assembly (legs) and the unit is very heavy. My husband and I were able to flip it to put it together but a single person or someone not strong would struggle

We know that we are always going to get a good product at OZ Design and there is always a great range available. We love our new lounge and so glad we bought it. Putting the legs on was a very simple process. Thanks OZ design.

I have sent an email after a purchase I have made and missing items. No one never responded back to my email. I'm not impressed. It's been over 2 weeks that I'm waiting a response. Can someone contact me

I was really impressed with the friendly service, and we have bought from Oz Design before, so I knew I could trust the quality. I would make a special trip again to this store.

It was easy to walk round - items arranged randomly not in rows (good).
We only looked at tables and found exactly what we wanted- didn’t need to assemble it. Main positive: gorgeous design! Solid timber great quality

Driving around the suburbs late on a Saturday afternoon just before shop closing time, decided to take a different road then saw a sign for Oz Design and decided to drop in. After searching for 6 years and sitting on 100s and 100s of lounge chairs we found the perfect one. The store gave us a great deal, plus arranged delivery. The whole purchase and delivery process was easy. Assembly was very easy and the chair is comfortable, stylish and very well made.

Was a quick visit and staff were super friendly and helpful. Found the perfect nest of tables and as they were a discounted item I could take them straight home. Staff kindly bubble wrapped the glass which made me feel well looked after.

found them on line then found them in the store exactly what I wanted, waited for them to come in and picked them up from the warehouse, all boxed up and ready to place around the table. very happy with them, fits in nicely with the rest of our furniture.

Nothing to be desired. All stuff fit my house and make it awsome. I'll buy more if I have another chance. Good product, delivery and service at the shop. That's it.

I called up to order a large canvas print which I had seen in store.
The sales assistant was very helpful and remembered me from my visit.
Paid for the artwork over the phone and they held it until I was ready to pick it up well packaged in bubble wrap.
A good experience and a lovely large canvas print for our Noosa beach house.

Furniture in store its very nice and looked well built but was promised delivery within two weeks chased them up after three weeks locked in a delivery date, the delivery driver rocked up to my house rang twice as I was on the phone then because he couldnt get me drove off within 5mins and yet there where people at home. I then rang the warehouse and was told they would chase up and phone me back but the guy just left it and went home. After several attempts at trying to contact them I manage to get someone to sort it out and then I still had to push to get it a few days later. Overall Im happy with the furniture but very disappointed with the service.

Staff at store most helpful and knew their stock and the store looks inviting pick up smooth as well. 2 chairs badly creased - not packaged correctly. Have been kneading vinyl to remove creases. Padding under vinyl in creases not sufficient on that side.
Table. Glass packed well. Legs packed well.
Had problems with metal cylinders as not all screw holes, cylinder and table legs were in line. Thankfully between Bunnings and my clever neighbour things finally worked. Had to repaint silver cylinders as colour wiped off.

Store Easy to navigate ...picked up furniture no assembly required.
Wharehouse hours limited so no easy to find a time to collect ...Saturday or Thursday night would be good ...we do work

The store is beautifully laid out. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We bought a floor stock corner lounge and it is lovely. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Oz Design.

Found mostly what we wanted, helpful staff.
Quality seems ok although I need to check if there should be feet on our lounge and there is a Nick in the leather.
Tables wee easy to assemble. I did misplace my gift card given to me on the purchase date and have now waited more than 2 weeks for someone from the store to get back to me after I called them and that was after I had spoken to someone in store. So until now I was reasonably happy with the purchases and the service. I am disappointed that they have not bothered to contact me despite talking to the manager.

Store is easy to navigate, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, lots of great products at competitive prices, only had to assemble the dining table we bought and it was just to attach the legs

The store and staff were lovely, unfortunately the stools that I ordered in were a little bit different to the ones on store in that they had red around the top instead of natural. Doesn’t bother me too much but is a little bit annoying.
