The store was beautifully decorated and set out in a manner that one could create a similar style at home. The coffee table I bought is stunning. Unique. Solid timber. I love it! However, white the products were extraordinary and the store was inviting it was the service I received from Di. A beautiful lady who not only knew her product but is a damn fine human who is caring and compassionate to boot!!! I will definitely go to Oz Design first when needing to decorate my home.

Additionally, everything arrived exactly on time. Easy. Nothing to assemble. Just good quality furniture. Thank you Di and the team at Oz Designs Skygate.

The layout of the store is easy to navigate and showcases lovely design concepts. The staff are fabulous and not only did their best with pricing but personally looked after us with pushing through deliveries etc. Would highly recommend this store.

Really happy with our sofa despite the wait due to covid 19. Customer service and help at Skygate was fabulous, in particular Jen. We will go back to that store again just because of this. Thank you!

I am a paraplegic and found the shop floor very easy to navigate in my wheelchair.
The quality of our dinner suite was excellent.
The delivery team did a great job, turned up and assembled the furniture in a very professional manner.

We had wonderful, helpful service from Jackson. He listened to what we wanted and made some recommendations, including a number of alternatives. The store was easy to navigate, the range of products was great, I like that the couches were so easily customisable. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Buying experience was pretty simple and quick. Quality of couch received was very high and arrived within a week. Only thing I wasn't too keen on was they just leave the couch (3m long with chase) in 2 giant boxes when they deliver it. You are then left to try and figure out how you are going to open the boxes to get the couches out (which are quite heavy) and then somehow dispose of the boxes (we had to go to the tip). I have no idea how older or less able people would cope with this, as I'm quite fit and still struggled. I'd suggest they tweak their delivery service to properly open & dispose of this, similar to other companies like Nick Scali - this ultimately was the difference between them getting a 4 and 5 star rating from me.

We ordered lounge in store, needed quick delivery which they made it on time! Service was great both in store in over the phone when arranging delivery date and time.

Lovely store the arrangement into rooms was very helpful. We bought round mirror with reclaimed timber trim, dining table, buffet, bookcase from the mango range and were very pleased when they were delivered. We were very well looked after by both Di and Jenny nothing was too much bother for them. It was a very pleasant experience. we certainly will return . Thankyou Marg & Geoff

Excellent service. Easy to navigate. Jenny in particular was very helpful and accommodating to our many questions and was very patient while we were deciding what we liked best! (Too many beautiful pieces!) Would highly recommend.

I placed an order over the phone. The staff member (Jen I think) was so lovely & helpful. Pick up was super straightforward, again with very efficient & friendly staff. The store is beautiful- so well styled and organised. The products I purchased were exactly as expected, Im very happy.

A very good experience. Nice friendly staff. Great products. Will go back again. They new Skygate store is particularly nice. Amongst other things we purchased a lamp that wasn't suitable. No problem in taking it back which is always much appreciated.

Many thanks to store Manager Jenny for great customer service refunding us for a dining room table which was unsuitable when we got it home. This manager understands the importance of customer service and went above and beyond to address our issue. Great range of furniture, prints and homewares and well presented store. This is my favourite store to visit I often go in for inspiration and an update on new ranges. Jenny has always been informative and helpful. I made my first purchase from this store only last week, have never felt pressure to buy and enjoy being about to browse at my own leisure. Just a lovely store to visit. Jenny is an exceptional asset to the OZ Design business.

The staff we fabulous and gave us the time to browse offering to assist with options around the store. At no time did we feel pressured or being 'sold' products. The range in store was fabulous and gave us many options to chose from.

We were looking for something different for the dinning room and actually stumbled upon this store. The service from the moment we entered the store to picking up our furniture was absolutely the best service without the pushy sales. Highly recommend looking here if you want great service with good product.

The store was setup well and was inviting. Good range of products at all price points. Love the lounge I purchased, the delivery was seemless and the delivers setup the lounge for me, being in an apartment the only hardship was getting rid of all the packing after they left but very satisfied with the guys work they were great
