Online ordering was easy, The canvas I purchased was delivered very quickly with no damage to the packaging or the artwork. Oz has a great choice of art styles to choose from, which I like. This print fills a large blank wall space perfectly and I was impressed with the quality of the canvas and the plastic frame, which looks great against our white walls. Very happy.

The store is great, very interesting & quality products, I should say its expensive. we really loved the desk, the small literature on the table was very nice, we are happy that wood is 100 years old & our purchase is helping community to replant trees.

Online store was relatively easy to navigate. Service from Trish was excellent.
We had to arrange delivery as we live 400 k's from Melbourne. Delivery was prompt and efficient.
Unfortunately when we opened the boxes, both the side tables were warped. Obviously not checked prior to being sent. Considering the cost of the items, one would have expected a better quality. We will be contacting store on Monday to see what can be done about the problem.

After viewing the Catalogue, I knew what I was wanting to buy when I entered the store, and the sales lady was particularly helpful.
The buffet and ETU arrived earlier than expected (quite rare these days) and I couldn't be happier with the look and quality. The units came fully assembled.

The Oz Design sales team took us through the options and showed us examples in the shop based on our preferences. This enabled us to keep the Australian Blackwood streamline design theme for the dining table, chairs and breakfast bar stools.

Pick up was relatively easy from offsite storage, staff were friendly & helpful, bed was easy to assemble. Quality of the bed is very good and overall I love it! Great purchase!

When I called to order the lady on the phone was so professional and polite made ordering a sofa very easy.
I came a week early which was nice.
Delivered to the door and the delivery people brought it up the stairs.

Dealing with the store was fantastic but there were 3 damaged dining chairs and damaged corner of dresser which we are waiting on to be delivered but they are delayed.

Dissatisfied totally with product quality and care factor from store manager. Paid for quality dining suite and got a lemon. Tasmanian oak dining suite and backrest and seat pad totally destroyed. Not even offered replacement back or seat pads. Paid good $$$ for cheap quality. Stay away!!!!

Trish from the online store was excellent with keeping me up to date as to when our lounge would arrive and also with delivery.
I would definitely shop with OZ design again.
