We placed our first order through OFH to our faithful restaurant and was informed via SMS restaurant had accepted at 17:19, ETA of 17:40. No sign of delivery at 18:00 although website status showed 'delivered' - no way to confirm status of delivery, restaurant's phone was busy. Drove up to restaurant and at 18:50 owner called delivery guy who was "5 min away". Delivery was warm when it arrived at 19:00. Restaurant has been on time over the last 2 years making us question OFH's delivery tracking - the one job they had to do.

Signed up to get Thai delivered, that went all ok, but the amount of SPAM emails that arrived the next day was not worth the food service - expect SPAM forever!

Placed order via web page to Mr Q’s restaurant and Said eta 70 minutes . 2 1/2 -3 hrs later And 4 phone calls to restaurant and oz food hunter only to be lied to again and again by both .
The restaurant eventually said they never received order.????? not good enough, what a waist of 3 hours.
Let’s hope the refund comes through without any dramas.
I will never use either of them again

Placed an order at a restaurant, 2 hours later nothing had been received, I called OZfoodhunter and they called the restaurant and told me that the menu is outdated and the restaurant doesn't sell that anymore. I asked for a refund which they agreed to however over a week later nothing bas been received.

Absolutely useless company. I feel bad for the restaurants associated with these guys. Ordered and paid for food but restaurant never got the order. Had to make multiple phone calls.

Got sms after using saying pizza was 45 mins wait. 1 hour later I phoned the pizza shop and they didn't have my order. Took 2 hours in the end.

placed an order #OZIZ257947 for $87.70 through their app to restaurant which I didn't know had closed down but they still took my money I have sent numerous emails to them with no reply also the phone number just plays music and tells you that you are 1st in the que and is never answered I'm going to go through paypal

I am really disappointed after ordering through this app. I received a phone call from someone from Spicy Pappadum saying that the app hasn’t updated and that the shop is busy and to just pop in. I drove 20minutes to the restaurant and it was completely closed. Lights turned off, doors locked, no body inside. I called the number back and it turns out the man that called me is from the Brisbane store and has had no communication with the Sunshine Coast store. He said that the order had been cancelled. When I asked about the payment I had made, he said it would be refunded in 24 hrs. It has now been over 48hrs and I still have not received my refund.

I got $5 off on the APP and very easy to order through APP. I would recommend adding more restaurants I love it. The good Customer support, I am very happy to use Again.

Warning!!!!! Ordered food for my family. 2 hours later phone restaurant to find out where my food is. Restaurant told me they have no connections and have never herd of Oz food hunters. They did not get my order, and have nothing to do with the $75 that came out of my account. They told me oz food hunters is a fraud site/app. Do not give them any money!!!

Ordered Indian meal with oz foodhunter, Probably the best Indian I've eaten. Great flavours, it was hot and food was delicious. Great service and delivery on time will definitely recommend
