After purchasing a massage chair for $2199 and paying in full. I received an email from oz.plaza to say there was an error with the advertised price asking me for more money stating they have made an error with the price. This company changes prices everyday and previous people that have purchased from them have paid this price as it's listed on the eBay ad history with a copy of sold prices. I can't leave a negative review on eBay as yet due to one of their policies. It's a very bad business with poor business ethics that also sells products through kogan, dse, Harvey Norman and a few other online websites. Buyer beware!

Ordered new chair, after many promises still NO chair. Stay away from them. Order 1 April now 27th. No hope of ever seeing my chair or my money. Got armchair from other Company in 4 days.

Purchased a giselle double mattress from these guys for my daughters new bed.
Talk about rubbish all you can feel is springs there doesn’t seem to be any padding. Sides are flimsy not tight push in and again all you feel is metal. So disappointing. Hopefully they don’t give me a hard time through ebays dispute/ resolution centre. I wouldn’t allow an animal to sleep on this, very uncomfortable.

How the hell does this even happen??? I dished out $500 AUD on this gym set, and it came missing the biggest component, the main bench. Had a look at their listings for this product today and they've taken all of them down.. I better get my refund.

My bar stools carried a one year warranty but after 18 months they are not working well.I have contacted the company who told me as outside the 0ne year warranty they could not help me.Once again another problem buying through e bay at least 9 now.I will therefore not be making any more purchases from this company or any other via e bay.Dissapointed

It works well and was easy to install, plugging in to an existing socket.
Quite happy with the purchase, price and delivery timing.

Purchased a Room Divider (Screen Divider) via Ebay with no problems. The product was as described and arrived quite quickly given we are in a regional area. We are happy with the quality.

My computer desk arrived today but was missing main piece. In this current climate it's difficult to get groceries let alone deliveries. Good job my husband could fix it so I didn't have to wait another 2 weeks to use the desk. Not happy Jan

bought a sofa on ebay, initial shipping was fast but both armrests are missing. waited for over one week and they are quite difficult to communicate and eventually found out the pieces were hidden inside the sofa. called supplier but didn't seem to know their products well either. Sofa was quite cheap compared to other retailers, quality is ok, but not as good as expected or shown in the picture.

Great service when things go wrong. Returned our questions within the hour and fixed the problem beyond our expectations. They new their product and had specs on hand to help with the order, not sure how they do that with 1000's of products but they did. Great service.

Horrible seller! Advertised a PVC pool cover, sent me a sheet of bubble wrap! Ignored all emails so I escalated to PayPal. PayPal demanded the seller issue me a refund for a falsely advertised item and the seller won’t refund. Deceitful, fraudulent seller. Have never come across anyone so disgusting. BEWARE!

Absolutely terrible warranty service, don’t follow ACCC or consumer law, treats the customer like they’re an idiot.....steer clear of these ripoff merchants, would not buy off them ever again....buyer beware

The solar panels only put out half of their rated power. I bought the 300W panel and it only produces about 150W max. They are cheap, but i suppose you get what you pay for :(

I would like to express the exceptional experience i have had with Oz plaza living.i purchased a toilet from the company through ebay. When my plumber opened the box the lid was damaged and unable to be used. I contacted oz plaza living and within a couple of emails they recified the issue and are spending me out a replacement lid. I am so impressed with there dedication to helping me with the issue at hand. I would give them a 5 star rating in service plus the customer service representative i delt with was so polite and professional throughout the process.

I bought white artiss stools on ebay. Colour delivered was not bright white, as advertised, but cream. False advertising. So why should i be out of pocket for refund costs!?
