My family have been with OzCar for many years and have always bought our cars from here. The salesman (Vin) called me and discussed with me the sale they were having at the time and I told him exactly what car I was looking for/wanted and he provided the exact car for me. The sales people were helpful with arranging to change certain aspects of the vehicle I wanted to suit my needs and wants. Overall, my experience was very pleasing and exciting being that it was my first time purchasing a new car.

I'd gone into the Campbelltown Oscar after making and appointment with Kieran who is a salesman there I had told him the situation I was in when my wife had a little prang in our pulsar, after all this was discussed I told Kieran my budget and he worked very hard to try find the best car to suit our needs and wants for the best price and I was amazed at how well he did ! We changed over our beloved older vehicle earlier this week - and had immediate buyers remorse overnight. We asked to rescind the deal and were immediately told no - no negotiation. We couldn’t even buy our own old car back as it had been on-sold, after only overnight and 1 business hour. It appears our only recourse is consumer affairs and NCAT to sue them, they acknowledge many cases against them already so they are well versed in this.
