Terrible business
I ordered a product and it never arrived at my house. They never gave me a refund or resend the product terrible service. I thought with high ratings this business would have done a better job. Really disappointing

Wanted to support the Australia based game shop. I saw this OZgame website has got high rating. So I ordered my games, I patiently waited 20+days. I ordered my games on 31st of MARCH. Sent email to them but I get no reply totally disappointed

No games delivered and no response when queried?
Ordered 2 Xbox one games and received an email stating that they were shipped on the 8th and 10th of April. It’s now the 27th and they haven’t arrived no response from them after sending queries on three different formats (email, Facebook and phone calls) not happy.

Very misleading.....NOT Australian stock!
I'm in the same boat as everyone else I fear. Bought from "OZgameshop" and with an estimated del. time of 5-10 days I thought I was supporting an Australian Company, and I needed it just after .... since item still has not arrived I now discover its coming from the UK!! I wouldn't have minded so much if they were upfront about it and I would have planned accordingly for the delay.
Now reading the other reviews, I'm a bit skeptical it will arrive at all!

Misleading
Called 'OZGAMESHOP' yet stock is packed and sent from overseas.
Condescending customer support responses when asking questions about where my order is, on top of the jacked up prices and ludicrous postage times.
Just not a good experience at all, do not recommend

Terrible delivery and terrible customer service
Still yet to receive our game. We placed our order 18 days ago and still have no game to show for it. The only tracking is through my orders and this hasn't been updated since dispatch on April 5th. Tried several times to call the company as well as trying to contact them through the communication section of their website as well as Facebook and no one has replied or even acknowledged our communication attempts. We paid extra for express shipping and we are bitterly disappointed in this company, their delivery times and their very poor customer service. This will be the last time we order from this company!

Support genuine Oz companies and not these UK guys
I don't feel they are transparent that your item will be sent from overseas. The fact it's called Ozgamesshop is cunning as makes you think it's Australian based. I don't recall the site or emails after ordering stating delivery was from the UK. I thought the 5 to 10 days delivery time was them covering themselves. Support local Australian businesses and not overseas ones pretending to be something they arent.

Bad very bad
So I was waiting months upon months for a game I ordered with these guys it never came excuse was it was lost in post well so I asked for a refund and still waiting for a refund I'll be taking legal action very soon

DO NOT order from this company. Website lists Melbourne address however now that item is late and I've contacted, it turns out all items are shipped from UK. Game wanted for school holidays still isn't here - plus I prefer to support Australia businesses esp during covid-19. Item still but received.

I bought a game for my son thinking it was an Australian company and it turns out it’s being shipped from uk and was supposed to take 5-10 days. Turns out could take 20 before we will see a refund.

The reason we have to wait the 20 working days is because the postal services say that they may still deliver your order within this time so we have to allow this time to see if your order arrives and if it still does not, we will be able to issue you a replacement or a refund for the missing order. Do not buy from them
I have ordered a puzzle end of March. The puzzle was shipped on 1.4.20 delivery time was advised 5-10 days. Ozgameshop is supposed to be based in Melbourne and so am I. The parcel should have been delivered long time ago. It’s the 14.4.
I was trying to call them on multiple times during the day and their phone line is constantly busy. I have also send an email and have not heard back at all. My advise stay away from them. Don’t know if this is due to covid 19 but I guess I can kiss my 55 AUD goodbye.

Misleading website.
Ozgameshop is not based in Australia. There is no warehouse or call centre in Australia. All items are shipped from overseas. You need to wait for a month (20 working days) to make any claims for undelivered packages. 1800 number on their website is not active, and customer service is all about making you wait rather than giving updates as there is no tracking numbers.

Yes, we are a UK based compnay and we ship all of our orders from the Uk too, meaning that our offices are in the UK and we sadly can only work UK times. We ask our customers to wait the 20 working days as our postal services companies say that your order may still be delivered within this time frame so we have to wait this amount of time until we are able to process your order as lost in transit. Sadly we do not have tracking for orders going to your country but all orders are insured so you will be compensated if your order does not arrive. Poor delivery time
Ordered a game which was dispatched on the 26/03 and paid for express shipping. However as of the 09/04 it has yet to arrive, the website advertised a short delivery time but after contacting staff I have been informed that they will not be able to do anything until the 16/04. Though I do appreciate that the company did send the package off early and they did refund me my express shipping cost, that waiting time is very frustrating for me. They have not provided me with a tracking number as well. While I get that COVID will affect delivery times, it still sucks to wait so long for something I have already paid for in full.

Fake advertised delivery times
Ordered a game which was dispatched on 25/3, paid express shipping fee for faster delivery, estimated to be 5 to 8 working days, it's now been over 10 working days, contacted ozgameshop and was told by a trainee to wait until the estimated delivery days has passed which it already has.
If this is their quality of service I definitely wont be shopping with them again in the future, still waiting for the delivery to finally arrive.

Wait times need updating
I ordered 3 games here. One arrived in 9 business days - which is definitely at the longer end of the ETA. I also purchased an express order dispatched on the 23rd March. It is now the 3rd of April and it has not arrived (9 business days) when they promise 8 business days max. So that is not really express and in actuality will have taken longer than the standard delivery.
I understand due to the corona virus international deliveries are delayed but there is no mention of this on the website which there really should be.
I do appreciate the prices from OzGames but the delivery times are just too long for me personally. 3/5.

Bloody hopeless
Cancelled my order without even warning me and the reason why?? Waited nearly 2 weeks for item to arrive. So had to write to inquire only to be told it has been cancelled. Don't bother buying here. Most vinyl sold here are old stock that can't be sold even with their special discount.

Purchased a Yoga DVD -Jillian Michaels
Went to use it and it's region 2 which means can only play Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East (including Egypt) and Greenland
Australia Region 4 so must be counterfit DVD
Asked for a refund and saying i have opened the packaging so cant refund, really how was i suppose to know it's a Janpanese ver with out opening . Have to resort to PAYPAL claim Custoer service sucks

I’m so sorry to hear that this has not arrived with you yet! It was sent out on 24th of March and we do state that it usually arrives within 4-10 working days, so it should be with you by now. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail will not allow us to claim the item as lost in post until it has been 20 working days since the dispatch date. I understand this is a long time to ask you to wait but as the postal services say they still may deliver your order we can’t do anything until the 16th of April has passed.
