Far exceeded Expectations
I spent a couple of hours on YouTube looking at all brands and looked in Mower shops and to be honest the Ozito for $199 looked like a toy mower but there are some good reviews here. I decided to take a risk because our yard has several separate sections and several levels and I needed to be able to get it down a set of steps. I have a Honda Petrol mower but because of shoulder problems can't even start it, let alone, as good as it is, it weighs a ton and is huge. Not suited to the turns in what are mostly small areas.

ealed but I was concerned about how long the battery would last and so many things I have bought have been duds but not worth the effort to complain. It was easy to assemble, a big plus for me, I'm not handy at all. Our block in total is 450 metres of grass and you know what? The Ozito ate up thick Sir Walter buffalo that had reached over 125mm high with recent rains. I mowed for 30 minutes and got half of it done and the mower was still going strong and remarkably quiet compared to a petrol mower. I bought it from Bunnings and used Zipay which processed faster than using a credit card. At 73 I haven't done my lawns for 10 years since my shoulder injury but now I can see I will enjoy the exercise. So the catcher is small but I cant lift a full big catcher anyway.Purchased in March 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse.

Couldn't cut even medium length grass without overheating
Truly, sometimes it's worth saving money, and sometimes it isn't. It would appear that anything made from Ozito is destined to disappoint. You might save $100, but you'll pay for that choice.

Not the best but not the worst
It is quite flimsy but I suppose you get what you pay for. It have three height settings but it is a rather basic lawnmower. It does the job when the lawnmower man can’t make it

Excellent Value for Money Product
Quite easy to put together when you get it from the shop (We brought ours from Bunnings) My lawn which is around 100 sqm back and 30 upfront was a mess with crazy buffalo grass. Once you get the hang of juggling the electric cable after you, this mower makes the task of cutting the grass quite simple and quick, . Being electric - its just plug and go. No noxious fumes, very easy to maintain - just give it a clean up once you are through. Have had it for over two years and its still as good as new. In short worth every cent.

Weak lawnmower.
Suitable for small appartments or small yards. Unfortunately it must remain plugged in when you use it. I don't like mowing a lawn with a cord near by. Personally I think it is not suited to Australian lawns and won't recommend this product.

Surprisingly good! Great price!
I read varying reviews on the Ozito mower range so was wary but for my small lawn (40sqm) it did a surprisingly good job...and it’s my first time using a lawn mower!!! The catcher was almost full after mowing the entire lawn. The mower is available at Bunnings ($99) & economically packed/light weight - it was easy for me to carry to the car. Assembling was straight forward - the Bunnings online product info has a 2 min video showing how simple the mower was to assemble which gave me some confidence. As many of the previous model (ELM 1000) re...Read more
views state, the catcher was fiddly to line up when assembling but not impossible - took a few minutes. Someone on this site suggested temporarily taping it to make it easier - I didn’t need to do that but it would help if you were struggling. An extra pair of hands would have done the trick too. I am ultimately hoping this mower saves me money! It normally costs me $35 to have my lawn mowed - this mower cost me $99 from Bunnings (includes a bonus line trimmer), so the mower only has to work 3 times for me to be infront. It is worth a go!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Good little mower
We have a very small yard, and this mower is perfect. It is small and light and easy to use. I don't think it would be good for a large yard, but if you just have a small patch of grass that needs doing, it is perfect. It isn't as noisy as a petrol mower either.

Good for small lawns
Bought this for a fairly small lawn. It does a good job for this sizelawn, approx 35 square metres. For a large lawn I wouldnt recommend this as the cutting diameter is fairly small and it doesnt have a huge amount of power. However, for a small lawn it is pretty good. It is very light and easy to manuvre, but the catcher is small, so it means frequent emptying if your lawn is long. Another issue with electric mowers is the cord getting in the way. Again, with a small lawn not too much of an issue, but if you have a larger lawn it will be. Ther...Read more
e are only 3 cutting settings on this too and its as bit awkward to change them so thats another negative. Overall though, its VERY light and easy to use & dont need to change oil and petrol, a BIG bonus. Great for small lawns.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I'm interested in the Ozito Eco mow ELM 1030, 1000w from Bunnings. I tried to find the blades for this mower and the only ones I could find were for the ELM 1000. It does not say these blades are suitable for the 1030. Could a representative look into this please?
