I'm very happy with the service I received from the team at Ozzy Tyres Underwood.
I was after the biggest rim/tyre combo I could fit on to my car with out scrubbing etc. Zee's knowledge and experence with my model of car allowed him to confidently tell me exactly what would and wouldn't work. And to his credit he was spot on!!! The rims/tyres he suggested fitted perfectly with plenty of tyre on the road and no scrubbing!

Worst Customer service. Go elsewhere
Service with Ozzy tyres has been nothing but a joke. Ordered wheels and tyres online. Got a call telling me the size I ordered wasn’t in stock even though they were on the website. Wheels were supposed to come balanced and didn’t. I got told I would be sent a sony speaker worth $500 which was a lie because they dont have them. Forked out extra money for a balance from another tyre shop which I had to go back 4 times cause I still had vibration. On the 4th occasion the tyre shop showed me the tyre was actually out of shape. rom the closest ozzy tyre shop so took a Saturday off work to go down there. Spent 3 hours waiting for my car to even go in the workshop. I wasn’t the only one in the shop waiting all day either Finally was told it was sorted only to drive down the highway and still have vibration. So here I am back in the shop waiting for another 2 hours to find out the rim is faulty and I won’t get another for a couple days that I then have to go get fitted myself. went and got that fitted and what do you know the wheels that Ozzy balanced themselves were still out of balance by 90g and 30g and 1 tyre is still out of shape. Affordable Fresh new look with Peace of Mind!
Ozzy Tyres are excellent.
I placed an order on Friday, it was despatched the following Monday and arrived by Friday (From Sydney to Perth!)
Unfortunately there was an issue with the wheel studs, one of them were misplaced in my package and it was too large for my thread pattern. This caused the wheel stud to become cross threaded.
Ozzy tyres refunded me the cost of having the stud repaired and also sent out a whole pack of wheel nuts to compensate for this.
They were kind, professional and very reasonable.
I highly recommend their services. My Toyota 86 hasnt looked this FRESH!

I bought 4 Toyo 215/50R17 tyres, from Ozzy tyres on 2nd January-20 which was on 50% sale and got automated reply for them and did not hear anything from them, rather then they call me to inform about my order I called them on 9th January-20 about my tyres delivery schedule, they said the tyres are out of stock and cannot supply those tyres anymore and offered me cheap brand instead of Toyo (that i found for sale online for considerably less than what i paid for the Toyo's) without any money back or a refund. m to still be selling these Toyo tyres to be told the computer system would be refreshed from the 12th Jan but since my complaint the have magically changed the website. I feel they didn't ever had the Toyo's in stock it was just a con for them to then try and make you accept a lower brand of tyre for the same money. Arrogant rip offs!
These guys are dodgey careless and liars! 3 out of 4 wheels are damaged! Got told they would swap them over. 2 weeks later and they've done a back flip. They now want me to take half a day out of my time to go into the store. Stay away! Update: as you can see ive been given the wrong offset. The centre cap wont go on! Not even close. Still they refuse to exchange or refund!

ugh last week you agreed. You insisted to get the wheels picked up and a new set sent out. Something did not seem right. After further investigation we can see you have painted the wheels blue !!!! Yes BLUE! so you planned to have us pick up the wheels after you sprayed maybe one wheel and didn't like the finish and using the excuse that the wheels are damaged., Seems you are not telling everyone your full story ! please remove this review and save yourself the embarrassment . The slight marks may have even been made by yourself judging by your not so honest story ... hmmmmmIts almost like ive done something wrong? I paid 3k for damaged wheels....how is this my fault.....you know what you can get stuffed.....vcat can deal with you

Made a payment down onto a wheel and tyre package, wheels weren’t available but I was notified immediately and easily changed my order. Would highly recommend contacting Wazza at head office, ended the call feeling like I went with the right company

Ordered Hussla Savage wheels for our vehicle over the phone. Was told it will arrive overnight. Almost 1 week later after numerous phone calls following up the delivery status, the wheels finally arrived and had the wrong tyre size. The tyres were not the recommended tyre size as specified by Ozzy Tyre's website, which was communicated across when the wheels were ordered. longer in stock and had to purchase tyres from another store around the corner and tried to charge us an extra $200 for the correct tyres. We refused to pay the extra $200 and insisted it was not our fault they ordered the wrong tyres. They should have informed us at the time of the order if they didn't have the recommended tyre size. The tyre that was ordered by Ozzy Tyres was not even on the list of recommended tyres or upgrade tyres from the website. To our surprise they finally honored their mistake after we provided evidence from Ozzy Tyre's website which made it very clear that it could not have been us who ordered the wrong tyre size. Wheel nuts were not provided at the time when we picked up the wheels and had to travel back to the store to pick them up. Once the wheels were fitted by our smash repairer, we determined Ozzy Tyres had provided us with the wrong size wheel nuts which has now damaged all our wheel studs on our vehicle. Our smash repairer was kind enough to honour their mistake in fitting the wrong wheel nuts onto our vehicle and offered to replace all the damaged wheel studs. Our smash repairer has sought part recovery from Ozzy Tyres as it was Ozzy Tyres who had supplied the wrong wheel nuts in the first place but as expected Ozzy Tyres refused to acknowledge any liability or wrong doing. This has been the most stressful and awful experience we have ever had. Will never shop here again and certainly will not recommend to anyone. The shop was rude and unprofessional and it was one issue after another issue. The technical expertise and customer service was appalling.1 comment

Fantastic service
Ordered some tyres at a great price during the cyber Monday sale and made a mistake with the shipping address. Got in touch with Ozzy Tyres to find out where the tyres where and if I could change the address. Turns out the tyres were one day off being delivered, even with this, they graciously organised the tyres to be delivered to my current address. Fantastic group of people.

I ordered my wheels from Ozzy tyres on 5th of December with an expected arrival date of 13th of December.Its now the 18th and still no wheels (getting a little anxious by now as these are a Xmas present) so I made contact with them,(hense I) and the response was sorry theres been a stuff up upon arrival at our secondary delivery depot and the tyres have been sent back to us!!!!.Furious by now I kindly ask, so will I see them by Xmas time?oh hopefully but we are not quite sure!! Exceptional Customer Service

Great value, easy shopping experience
Ordered a set of Hussla GTs with Monsta Street Series tyres online for my FG and couldn't be happier with them. They arrived quickly to SA (I chose express shipping) and in immaculate condition. The Hussla GTs look stunning on my car and after driving on the Monsta tyres for a few weeks now, I can already tell they're way better than the Dunlop SP Maxx tyres I used to use, and for half the price too!! Will definitely use Ozzy Tyres again in the future

Absolutely the worst place to shop, me thinking I bought a set of NITTO invo tyres online and then only receiving one Tyre and calling them to receive atrocious customer service, refusing a refund and when mentioned they try avoiding it as much as they can saying its what I ordered and Im not entitled for a refund, save yourself and dont even try shop at this place or youll be ripped off just like how I did

Old tyres, slow shipping
I ordered 4 allegedly Dunlop tyres for my Corolla,specifically emailing them not to send "oldies" and sure enough they are 6 years old tomorrow - I will be lucky to get anyone to mount them even today! No DOT number on them, Indonesian made so I wonder if they even meet Australian standards... They took 16 days to get to me from shipment. Do not buy unless you get written verification of age.

Not sure if they accept trade ins. Best bet is to get the new rims on your car and sell the original ones privately, like I did. Cheers :)

Good luck with that . They won't do anything after a sale nor do they have respect for their customers . I am now in the process of waiting for a hearing schedule as I am taking them to VCAT. I would suggest you do the same
I agree with jordyn! I myself have tyres with an incorrect load rating,not to mention I didn't even get the tyres I paid for,was overcharged,lied to and recieved a new wheel with a flat tyre.I can't even put the wheels on my car because of the flat tyre that doesn't seal around the rim properly and now I have to take the matter up with fair trading. I sent numerous emails with no response.clearly these guys do not care about there customers! absolutely Appalling !!
