Awful experience ever! Will never shop here again or recommend to anyone!
Ordered Hussla Savage wheels for our vehicle over the phone. Was told it will arrive overnight. Almost 1 week later after numerous phone calls following up the delivery status, the wheels finally arrived and had the wrong tyre size. The tyres were not the recommended tyre size as specified by Ozzy Tyre's website, which was communicated across when the wheels were ordered. longer in stock and had to purchase tyres from another store around the corner and tried to charge us an extra $200 for the correct tyres. We refused to pay the extra $200 and insisted it was not our fault they ordered the wrong tyres. They should have informed us at the time of the order if they didn't have the recommended tyre size. The tyre that was ordered by Ozzy Tyres was not even on the list of recommended tyres or upgrade tyres from the website. To our surprise they finally honored their mistake after we provided evidence from Ozzy Tyre's website which made it very clear that it could not have been us who ordered the wrong tyre size. Wheel nuts were not provided at the time when we picked up the wheels and had to travel back to the store to pick them up. Once the wheels were fitted by our smash repairer, we determined Ozzy Tyres had provided us with the wrong size wheel nuts which has now damaged all our wheel studs on our vehicle. Our smash repairer was kind enough to honour their mistake in fitting the wrong wheel nuts onto our vehicle and offered to replace all the damaged wheel studs. Our smash repairer has sought part recovery from Ozzy Tyres as it was Ozzy Tyres who had supplied the wrong wheel nuts in the first place but as expected Ozzy Tyres refused to acknowledge any liability or wrong doing. This has been the most stressful and awful experience we have ever had. Will never shop here again and certainly will not recommend to anyone. The shop was rude and unprofessional and it was one issue after another issue. The technical expertise and customer service was appalling.3 comments

will not disclose the unprofessional customer service and the handling of the incorrect tyre size. Social media clearly states the bad experience with Ozzy Tyres, not sure which social media Ozzy Tyres stalked me on, but I can assure you I won’t be recommending them to anyone with the experience that I’ve had. I don’t want to waste my valuable time here, I don’t know what Ozzy Tyres is trying to say here, if there’s nothing constructive to say, then please don’t contact me anymore. Wanted a couple of new tyres and checked online for prices. Ozzy tyres had a sale on but the tyres I wanted weren't in stock so appeared I would need to opt for a more expensive option. I have had an absolutely disgusting experience with Ozzy Tyres in Fyshwick, ACT. I purchased a wheel and tyre package and was told the rims I had selected would fit my car, and the tyres that would be fitted would be the same Continentals I already had on my existing rims, just the right diameter etc for the new rims. After picking up the car I noticed that the rims/tyres were protruding further than my wheel arches. the store and received no help whatsoever, and asked to speak with the manager. This took multiple phone calls and emails. After finally getting a hold of the store manager and being spoken to VERY rudely I decided to contact the so called 'head office'. I spoke to a team member there who was at first very willing to help resolve the situation. He offered me a couple of different solutions; both of which did not work for me. I asked what the company return policy was, and then got hung up on. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the phone cut out. I then called the number back and the same team member answered. I politely mentioned that there seems to have been phone connection issue and asked if he could explain to me the company refund policy. He then put me on hold, and then hung up on me yet again. I was extremely shocked that someone could treat a customer in such a poor manner! I think if you're going to run a business you need to learn how to explain your products correctly and not mislead customers with false information. Additionally, when a customer has a complaint be able to discuss and resolve that complaint directly with the customer, rather than hanging up and dodging the issue and pretending its "not their problem." Unhelpful, Rude and extremely bad customer service
After discussion with OZZY Tyres Canberra, we purchased a set of HUSS HXR030 18x7.5.03 40+CHBK wheels for my husband's Jeep Cherokee in on 30/03/2016. We had the original tyres refitted to the new wheels as they were not due for replacement and everything seemed good. When the tyres were due for replacement, we had them replaced by one of the K-mart Service & Tyre Centres in October 2016. We pulled over and checked all the tyres but found that they were all OK so we nursed the car home from Fyshwick and then took it into Rolfe Jeep, Fyshwick the next day. The Jeep Service manager rang to say that the front wheels had fallen off the car as they put it on the hoist to look at it and caused $3000+ worth of damage. After numerous discussions it was thought that K-mart did not tightened the bolts on the wheels when the tyres were replaced, although the K-mart service manager insisted that this was not possible as he had done it himself. However, K-mart agreed to cover the damage under their warranty provided they did the repair work which was agreed too. Once the repair work was completed, again the K-mart service manger was ensuring the bolts were tightened and discovered that the bolts could not be tightened properly. After investigation he discovered that the bolts supplied by OZZY Tyres with the wheels were too soft and could not be tightened as the tread stripped. K Mart purchased another set of nuts from Ozzy Tyres and the same problem occurred (once the nuts were tightened to 120 neutonmetres, the the thread started to strip. The K Mart manager suggested that we put the original Jeep wheels (and nuts) back on the vehicle as no other bolts could be sourced to fix the problem. This left us with a set of OZZY supplied rims that we had only purchased seven months earlier, which we are unable to used so we spoke to [name removed] the Manager for OZZY Tyre Canberra who basically told us that there was nothing he would do as we did not take the Jeep back to him to review and fix the problem. My husband was very upset when he got off the phone and stated that he found [name removed] the OZZY Tyre Manager to be extremely rude and unsympathetic to our situation. Consistently excellent service
I've been a customer for several years having purchased wheels, tyres and more recently also used Fyshwick's workshop services. Quite apart from always favourable prices the friendly, professional and prompt service ... the return experiences never fail to impress. Whether it be tyres or wheels the order has always been filled in 24 hours and the fitting service is immediate and right first time. Never had a balance problem or a problem of any sort. Great customer service
Friendly, reliable, helpful and professional. The advice and assistance I was given by Abdal in terms of rim and tyres options was spot on. The process of fitting was quick, efficient and punctual. The final result looks great and I am a very happy customer. Don't go anywhere else for rims and tyres in Canberra.

No Problems
I have used the Ozzy Tyres at Fyshwick twice in the last 6 months. The first was a standard replace a pair of worn tyres, the second was after a puncture and I needed quick replacement. Both times the advice was good, the service was quick and it was a good price. I have no complaints.

Excellent Service
We looked around for tyres near our home but were surprised at the cost. Looking near work we found Ozzy online and were pleasantly surprised at the price. We booked in and were greeted by friendly staff who were punctual and very helpful . We would definitely recommend Ozzy Tyres

Best price I could find anywhere for new Dunlops. Fitted in half a day. Good service, convenient. Why would I go to another dealer and pay $40 more a tyre? Shared experience with friends and would definitely recommend. Great value on quality rubber. Tempted to get wheels also now :)

Great Service At Ozzy Tyres Fyshwick
I normally hate dealing with tyre retailers but Ozzy Tyres in Fyshwick is a pleasure to deal with. Awesome prices great service with a smile. Always happy to book your car in fast which is a big plus. They do a top class job time and time again. Highly recommend.

I got a wheel and tyre package the lexani Lss10 on my fg xr6 awesome wheels and tyres and service but the guys backed my car into a gutter not happy at all but they were more than happy to get it fixed or give me some cash to fix it up

Good experience all round
Great service and good price + very good quality tyres. We had to chase the order up as we were not informed it had arrived and when we got to the store it wasnt there. But the guy at the shop was great and he went the extra mile and gave us tyres out of his stores stock. So we were more than happy and plan to keep shopping here.
