Package was picked up the same day and delivered ahead of time. Despite the harshest of circumstances out there, Pack & Send performed exceptionally well. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Will definitely use them again.

Used the self serve online option, package was picked up in a couple of hours (rural location) and delivered in one business day when quoted 2-3 days. Great service will use again.

Great service and easy to use. Organised all logistics remotely and the processes was seamless. Delivery was prompt and as promised - we opted for the express service which arrived from QLD to WA in overnight

I was the sender. All seemed pretty easy. I must say it would be nice to have a confirmation email that the parcel had been picked up. I could only hope it was picked up until the receiver emailed me to confirm they had the parcel delivered. I was a bit worried. Other than that pretty good, reasonably priced and quick.

Even though the package was picked up on time, and arrived in great condition.

It took 5days to deliver and we had payed for 1-2days delivery. Did not receive accurate tracking details when item arrived in country of delivery. Customer service were rude and issue was never resolved.

One hurdle I had was that TNT decided that the item was not packaged well enough therefore a trip back to the pack & send store to retrieve the item, take it back to the workshop, add more packaging (fabricate a large cardboard box) and return to pack & send.
A lesson for next time.

I rang the West Melbourne Office to see if they were able to send a Parcel to Vienna, Austria as AUST Post was unable to due to CoVid19 Austrian restrictions. I spoke with Shane and he said he would check and get back to me. He did, he was very helpful and made the whole process easy. My Package arrived in Vienna 6 days after it was sent!! Now that is Brilliant.
It was a great experience from start to end, my initial phone enquiry, booking on line was easy, I live close to the West Melbourne Office and dropped off my package and met Shane, who is just wonderful both on the phone and in person. Thank you Shane

Pack and Send were recommended by the retailer for shipping a fragile item interstate. Not only was Stephen at their Flinders St depot very courteous, he ensured the item was packed with incredible care so that it arrived in perfect condition. We used drop off service. Process is stress-free. Pricing is competitive. Delivery is much faster than other service that we had used. Staff at the drop off center are friendly and efficient.

Highly recommended if you are in the location where you can make use of it.

The cost of shipping a box to Taiwan was approximately one third of the price quoted by the shipping company that actually transported the package. Everything went ontime and there was not damage to the package when it arrived at its destination
