Self-serve online booking was straightforward. Pricing was competitive. Parcels were picked up on time, easily tracked and arrived on time. The courier was pleasant. I would happily recommend and use this service again.

I’d just like to thank everyone for all your effort, help & efficiency. My brother and his wife received the boxes yesterday & were so happy and said everything was so well packed as well.

Car Parts SYD to BRI
Very impressed with the ease and efficiency of the service. Very large heavy parcel was no issue. Picked up one day and was delivered to Brisbane the next day all at a great price.

Great service. Fast and low price
Pick up and delivery were fast. There was a little bit of miscommunication on whether the package contents were 'ok to send', but it was all ok in the end.

Very quick delivery and good value
Sent a carton of 10 kg to my family in London and the online quote and documents were easy to process .
I decided to drop the carton into the nearby Pack&Send office and the service there was excellent and no fuss.
carton arrived in London 4 days later and will definitely be using again. Much cheaper and efficient way to ship goods.

Parcel got lost and there was no communication on P&S side to let me know. parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive
notably, package was sent during COVID-19 season, however, pack and send lacked communication in advising of status of the package once the tracking on line, became stagnant with no update. a simple email, call or even text would have sufficed, but alas, I was made to do all the chasing.

Delivery was a little slow - also was charged extra after item was dropped at store - would have preferred if item was checked on drop-off and informed immediately of increase in cost.
Tracking information was extremely poor - was still showing dropped off at Liverpool store after it had arrived two days later in Brisbane!
Paid extra for Signature on Delivery and yet item was just left at front door - courier didn't even bother to knock on door! If Social Distancing is their excuse then I shouldn't have been charged the extra for Signature on Delivery.
Item arrived in good condition - even with the extra charges the cost was reasonable.

Pack and send use the absolute worst courier.
Booked a courier With Pack and Send to pick up time date never picked up.
I had to go to Richmond Pack and Send and drop off the parcel to them and eventually got it.
I have previously used Couriers Please the courier Pack and Send use and not impressed at all 2 weeks still had not pick up so this is a shoutout to the Couriers Please for all the excuses;
1) I will call the driver who is never available!
2) supervisor I will lodge a case and hear nothing!
Special shoutout to the Richmond Victoria couriers please courier.
THE WORST COURIER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Stay away from couriers please and anyone that uses them for pick up from Richmond.

Package not delivered and the return to sender took 3 weeks. Wasted Money!!
I booked a courier through PacknSend. It was to go to Amazon in Dandenong which I have done several times before. PacknSend use couriers please for delivery and courier specified return reason as being - "Banned site meaning, the driver cannot deliver due to them (receiver) refusing delivery due to Corona Virus and excessive delivery time. "
My argument is if it was a BLACKLISTED SITE, why did your system even accept the package for delivery.
End result was I was left out of pocket of $25
Further the package was not returned to me for 3 weeks and I had to chase several times. Absolutely Ridiculous!!
I am willing to change this opinion should I get my refund of $25.

A great service.
The package - a boxed up push bike - was picked up on the day suggested.
The tracking information was helpful and the email informing me of the package’s arrival at the destination was a nice conclusion to the transaction.

Some how damaged a steel item
Some how damaged a steel item, the item was getting sent for repairs so didn’t think I should get insurance on a item that was made out of steel. They mustn’t treat there items very well. Also late to pick up

Online booking, Maroochydore drop off
The online booking was easy to complete. Drop off at the Maroochydore shop was easy and efficient. Staff there were fast, efficient and friendly. They have social isolation marks on the floor. I felt safe visiting their business.

Online order and pick up was significantly cheaper than using a drop off point. Great service and quick delivery. Still a bit pricey compared to Australia Post; but a lot more reliable and speedier.

Easy and simple to us the online booking and star track picked it up from my door.

Such amazing service.

Hi Reddy. What you are describing should like a scam we have heard about before where the scammers are using our brand name to ask you for money for fake delivery charges. We don't ask the receiver to pay delivery charges before we will deliver a parcel. We also don't send from Canada to India. Best of luck. I hope you are not the victim of a scam.
