Self serve sending is really easy and cheap. Only thing is what can be sent is quite restrictive. This is some more words to make up to the 30 word minimum.

My item wasnt ready for collection as i forgot to print out the con notes, and the driver was standing staring into my backyard. did not come back the next day, had to wait until day 3 where i had an item due to arrive so they just delivered it and picked up my package.. not the first time this has happened to me.

Can’t fault the service. Booked online at 0940 and the parcel was picked up in less than 15 mins. Delivered to destination in specified timeframe. No tracking info received however.
Will definitely use again though. It’s just so easy, and cheaper than their competitors.

Package was collected 2 days late. I sent an Email asking why the delay and if there were any updates. A week later, I'm still waiting for a reply to that Email.

Package ( hand made guitar) picked up as stated, 4 days later it arrived at destination intact.

these guys are reliably great. and staff have always been really helpful and generous, often just helping out with tape, packaging advice etc. i’ve never experienced a courier company that is actually helpful for small jobs and understand clients’ needs.
