Noisy system
The unit itself cools well, does what it claims; however, this is an issue that is a deal breaker for us.
Upon purchase the Air Swing mode when set in Auto was noisy, making a constant squeak noise. Very annoying....So I called Panasonic who registered the fault and told me to call their service agent SKAir. After speaking with them I was required to send them a video of the issue which I did. Ultimately they replaced the whole drip tray assembly ( after numerous calls to the office) under warranty.

e issue has returned with vengeance. Waiting now for SKAir to “call me back”. It’s only been a day since I called them and I’m still waiting on a response however given the history with this repair agency I’m not holding my breath. It’s a shame a company like Panasonic: a. Have this issue (and apparently not isolated to this model); and b. Have a service agent who you need to chase in order to get what should come naturally as part of “the service”. I’ll give Panasonic another chance to permanently rectify this issue otherwise I’ll be demanding a refund.

eturn and to be fair and honest I’m not entirely happy. Does this mean I have to call a technician every time it reoccurs? What happens after warranty? It’s an issue and expense I’m not willing to absorb. What else can be done. The last Panasonic job Number/reference was 256613.Panasonic Australia C.Panasonic
