I'm very happy with this great little unit. This Panasonic is quiet and reliable.

The inside unit is whisper quiet and the outside inverter is little more than a mild humming noise.

Both the heating and cooling is effective and efficient.

The remote control is basic and easy to use.

The unit itself is white and stylish. I would definitely purchase again.

The unit works perfectly in hot and cold weather and I reckon it is energy efficient.
The noise level is acceptable but not as good as diakin.
I have three units installed and so far no issues and will update down the track if anything changes.
Remote control is old style and not as good as some other manufacturers.

We have always had Panasonic air conditioners at home and the office and I have always been happy with them. We decided to buy this model for our new house as we have just had a baby and I was especially interested in the air purifier technology built in. I have also been quite impressed with Panasonic after sales service. An older model we had about 4 years ago stopped cooling. The unit was still under the standard 5 year warranty at the time and a service tech was at the house the next day and fixed the problem within the hour. I have been a happy Panasonic customer for years and highly recommend the ECONAVI airconditioners.

i bought three of them for my house, totally worth it. prices are affordable, cooling and heating system just amazing, remote itself just easy to work with, perfect for all seasons, so quiet, easy to use, install very fast, i recomend this one for all of you. great choice

I have 5 units Panasonic aircon in my house, I installed 2units first, see how they are, they works perfect, never had problems during the summer, cooling very fast, vey quiet, after those good experience, I purchased other 3 units for other rooms, all works very good, highly recommended this brand.

It makes very loud thumping noises. I turn it off before sleeping as it sounds are really loud. Found out later that it came without gas. Even after re gassing, the clicking sounds still remain. Unbelievable. The worse purchase ever. Youtubed it and found someone with the same problem. Dont waste your money.

I was able to purchase this unit for pretty low cost, bundled with cheap installation it was a steal. However, I'm also surprised about the quality of the product, it performs very well. Quietly and quickly it and heats up the room with even heat distribution. Also the 5 year warranty is fantastic!

I am happy with the purchase, this is very quiet at night and starts cooling the room within 10 mins. I am glad that I made the right decision. Even the cats don't feel the sound annoying and asking to come in when the air con is on. The heating function is awesome as well and it doesn't make the room too dry but warm.

This summer has been a killer in Qld so I was very thankful when this air con got installed. I am a sleeper that light and noise can make it very hard for me to get to sleep, so I was very worried about the noise of the air con.
It is so quite that I can't hear a thing. Mind you my husband did get the motor installed on ground level and our bedroom is on the second story, which would help. The lights on the air con can be turned off and the remote is very easy to navigate. The bedroom is quite large an area and it cools it down in about 10 mins. We have had other Panasonic air cons that are now about 30 years old and still very efficient, so we were happy to get another one. This one is very good though!
