Great Air Conditioner
We purchased two 7KW systems and we are very happy with our purchase. Rooms are easily temperature controlled with lots of options on how air is circulated. The only issue is the remote - it's not that great unless you are standing right in front of the unit. Overall we are very happy.

Great Air Conditioner
We installed two 7kw Air Conditioners to cool the downstairs area of our home. Both work great and effectively cool the open plan of the home. They are quiet, easy to set up and use, we use the one remote for both units. They are unobtrusive and look good on our walls. Our neighbour was concerned we were setting one of the outdoor units just near his home but we had no issue as the unit is very quiet. They move a lot of air through the house. We're quite happy to recommend these units.

Fantastic Air Conditioner
We purchase two 7kw air conditioners to coolour house, and they work great. Quiet, quick to cool and look nice. They move a lot of air through the house, and temperature is very even, with no real hot or cold spots. Remote is pretty straight forward. We are very happy overall!

Fantastic Cooler and Heater
Excellent machine. Works really well on cooling and heating. Streamlined white inside unit looks nice and blends in. Box outside is tidy and sits on two wall mounted brackets to keep it off the ground. It was not the cheapest but we only had a small area between the corner wall and window to place the box outside and this unit was compact enough to fit thank goodness as I felt comfortable with this brand since we have had it before at a previous house. Runs quietly and covers the whole living area. Had it for more than a year now and had no problems. I plan to buy another one.
2018 update - no problems at all.

Great buy!! easy to use, whisper quiet inside and outside units. Very strong fan, able to cool lounge and dining on a 35 degreeC Sydney day within 10mins. Not sure about the power bill though, haven't seen that yet!
Many functions and features
Cools / heats,
Cleans the air - Nanoe G,
Economy mode (Econavi),
Quiet mode,
Built in sensors to reduce power and fan when you leave the room for extended periods
I'm used to the old units that didn't even have inverters!!
Love this air conditioner - the wife loves it even more!

Is the remote operation erratic? On our new unit you have to often press the buttons multiple times for the Aircon unit to respond to the command (with a beep), other times it responds first time. Any other owners experienced this?

with my unit the response time does seem slow, from when you press the button on the remote, to actual doing ..
wirh the air swing it goes through a cycle, press the swing function..... wait !!! and it might start the remote swinging up and down automaticly, or it might start at a starting point that's fixed, I cant remember what happens first now, but slowly go through the cycle pressing the swing button, wait for the beep, then wait a lil more to see what the unti does, I found that I was pressing buttons to fast and the unit seemed to be doin all sorts of things on it's own, I slowed the fingers daow and it works as it should now.
Funny you should mention this on my son's unit the earlier model I have to do this to turn it off. I actually have to press it a couple of times for it to completely turn off ie takes two beeps. I will have to look into this whilst it is still under warranty - thanks for the reminder :)
I have the 8kw model and also Finding slow responses and the unit seems to get confused about it's mode of operation. Also slow to start in heat mode. At least 10mins warm up time.
