Bought a new one from HN and found out it was making noises. Went back and get replacement but having the same problems. I don’t know what to do next.

I've persevered with this flat-bed micro wave for a month now, but find it very slow and it definitely doesn't heat evenly. I'd happily swap it for an ordinary rotating microwave, which would have been cheaper too. What do I do now?

We purchased the microwave few days ago, its making electric pop buzz noise from the RHS back. Very creepy!!! We knew the flatbed won't heat up the food as even as the turn table, but never had this creepy sound in previous experience!

This is actually an incredible microwave. It cooks food far more evenly than a normal microwave that revolves the food (this just has a flat bed). The texture of cold food reheated is just as good as freshly cooked, and so far same with frozen meals (risotto). It’s really easy to use, love that it has a 10 min button (in addition to 10 seconds and 1 min), although I wish it had a 30 second button. And the recipe book it comes with is amazing!! Who knew you could cook so many things in a microwave!! And without any splatter, ever!!

Use and daily basis
With having a big family we all use it on a daily basis and couldn't imagine not having one makes life so much easier being able to heat or cook something in half the time it would take in an oven.
Makes life so easy. .

This is not only a brilliantly performing microwave it also happens to look wonderful in out kitchen. This also does away with the old revolving glass plate, so there is one less thing to worry about. It has enough room to fits normal sized crockery and the main point - it cooks thoroughly and very quickly. We are delighted with this and hope for many years of service

great microwave - easy to use and clean as there is no turn table that needs to be removed.
disadvantages:
operating light is really dim. its not bright enough for you to see the progress of the food you are heating
the door on my machine is hard to close

This is a great microwave, it is so easy to use, easy to clean just wipe it out. No glass plate to worry about or to break. When the cooking time is done it has a cooling down time which is great. It cooks vegies nicely, you don't have to but a weight in just press up or down eg 100g, 200g so on. It really is an easy microwave to use . Love it. Good price. I would recommend this product.

To be honest, I bought this product mainly because of how its looks will fit into my kitchen. It looks fantastic and matches with the black, silver and white theme. However, apart from that, it's quite an average microwave. It just does that job and is big enough for my needs, which is most important in the end

What can one say? This thing is big enough and heats quickly and evenly.

It doesn't have a spinning tray so less moving parts and less to clean - good.

I've had it almost a year now and no issues at all. If microwaves were guys then this one would be a good guy.

Relatively fast cooking. Really easy to use with the express buttons to increase cook time in 1-minute and 10-second increments. A breeze to clean with the flatbed feature. Will not turn back from flat bed microwaves! It does produce a low humming sound when running but us quieter than an older microwave we had.

I bought this microwave from the Good Guys at Castle Hill. It works very well. It can be cleaned up very easy without removing anything. Also it has self cooling off function. Love this product very much! It works stable and everything is great. The price is acceptable less than 200. Highly recommended.

Great microwave, heats evenly. Takes bigger plates even square ones that I couldn't fit in last microwave. Great having no turn table. It is so easy to clean. Has great features and lots of options. Like that it has the cooling after finished. Easy to open. It was easy to get used to the various functions and I haven't found it to be too loud. The beep when its finished is loud which is good especially if you have walked away. Heats way faster than normal microwaves.

This model is ok but it's not the best microwave I have ever owned.
It' beeps pretty loud when it's finished heating and it can be slightly annoying.
It seems to be pretty sturdy and is easy to open and close etcetera

Overall I love my Panasonic microwave. I choose a flatbed one so it has more capacity compared with the traditional one. The microwave is very powerful and reheat food very fast. The only con is that it is quite noisy after the heating. The cooling off (buzzing) will last for minutes.

I love the fact that it does not revolve as you can put bigger plates inside the microwave. Cooks rice beautifully except it leaves a lot of steam inside the microwave afterwards and it is very quiet. My only problem is when I accidently press several buttons and it locks itself. This happens twice and I don't even know what I did but managed to clear it. It is sturdy and well-built, easy to plug in but the clock is unnecessary.
