Shocking, worst microwave we have every bought and we have only had 3.

published

We have had this microwave for just under 2 years. It keeps cutting out in operation, exactly like one of the other post. We tried other powerpoints and now it's completely shut down. Horrific and will never purchase a Panasonic microwave again. Reading another post also, "it comes with a repair warranty and not replacement", there is no way I would ever risk having this microwave in our house post a "repair". Off we go to buy a new Samsung today (which is the microwave brand we had before this that lasted 10+ years)

Don’t buy this one

I’ve had the microwave for just over six months now and it keeps cutting out during operation. Cannot recommend this microwave. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks. I have had to turn the power off at the wall unplug it and plug it back in and the problem keeps occurring. What’s worse is now that it is over three months old it has to be sent away for repair and we are without a microwave for our young babies bottle heating. Not impressed with the microwave or the service

Purchased in January 2021 at The Good Guys for A$258.00.

Hi Mark, thanks for the reply. This product does come with a repair warranty, not a replacement warranty.

Bought last year and very dissapointed.

Good points are large capacity; the sensor reheat function; easy to clean and it looks good.
Bad points the door needs to be slammed to shut; does not reheat the same every time; does not have a second function or if it does I cant find it and it does not heat as fast as my old LG intellowave. Next purchase another LG I think?!

Hi Nicola, thank you for taking the time to review your microwave. The door certainly shouldn't need to be slammed, please contact our customer service team on 132600 to discuss this further.

OK microwave

Of the Genius model and 1100w of power with inverter tech make this great value for $220. Others with these features cost at least another 30% more. The images show a matte or satin finish but don't think that the unit looks like this as it is a glossy finish and shows finger prints easily. I was hoping it was a matte finish as depicted in Panasonics own images but sadly not. Still a great microwave for the price.

Hard to know how good it is yet.

Bought this to replace my 27 years old Panasonic microwave (it is still good but the eject button is sort of playing up). It was delivered today so not sure how it goes. I found that the reviews on these modern (to me it means they will not last) microwave ovens are not good at all. There was a similar model called NN-ST756W with slightly different buttons arrangement and people hated it because they don't last. Hope this NN-ST756B will be better.

Will follow up with review after more use of it.
