I was supplied with accurate and helpful tracking information. The location is just a bit far from my place so I had to walk a longer distance than to my usual Australia Post Office. However I like the staff’s friendliness and consideration at this Parcel Point place much better.

Timely, convenient and $1 less than Aus Post delivery. A good excuse to get out of the house and go for a short walk in an empty street. All good.

Package received in good condition. The tracking information was accurate and the delivery was swift. The timings of the parcel point are flexible and can be collected on Sundays as well.

Parcel was delivered to pickup point earlier than origionally expecting and the location was close to my home which made the whole experience seamless. I'll be using this form of delivery again.

I recently ordered textbooks for Uni. The parcel arrived in 11 working days. Whilst I believe the time for delivery was prompt, the tracking opportunity was poor with limited updates. I also called the customer service line, and the person working for Parcelpoint had quite poor customer service skills, and seemed uninterested in answering my questions.

The package arrived a day early for pick up - it was just a little difficult to locate the reception in my opinion but otherwise amazing self pick up experience. Would choose this delivery option once again!

Parcelpoint recently became available for eBay users as an alternate to Auspost. I used them, thinking there was a place open for drop-off on Sunday. But, only to realise they were not collected until Monday evening. I could have gone to the post office on Monday and it would been dispatched by noon! What's worse is that parcelpoint do not deliver to the addressee. I only discovered that. So, what's the point of paying the same price just to be delivered to a place for collection? I could have used Auspost for the same price for door-to-door delivery. Finally, tracking shows that their movements is really slow. Shower than Auspost. Not impressed.

Have not used them before this but very happy with their service! timely information updates, and super fast! Got my books in time for the start of the semester. Would definitely recommend to other people.

I found it extremely helpful and easy to pick up from the pick up point. If my parcel gets sent to my local post office it’s too hard for me to pick it up within business hours.

After receiving an email saying my order had arrived, it was just a quick walk from home to my local pharmacy to pick up my package. So much quicker and more convenient than lining up at the Post Office to get a parcel. Very impressed with Parcelpoint :)

Good tracking information. Then I received an email to tell me it had arrived and I picked it up the next day. Too easy :-) I highly recommend parcel point, if like me you're not home to sign for your parcel.

So convenient to pick up parcel from my local parcel point pick up which is my local newsagent. And parcel is more secure than just being left at front door.
