Great service and great advice is their point of difference from other companies and they really excel in both. Mitch was superb. He not only fitted my car seat but gave us a very enjoyable training session on putting my baby in it properly. The training is so important and other companies don’t do this. This made a huge difference as my car seat had been installed by two other companies before but my baby absolutely hated the car and screamed whenever she was in the car. I knew deep down something wasn’t right even though many people said their babies screamed too and it’s just one of those things. My baby no longer screamed in the car after seeing Mitch because she was correctly positioned. Thank you. I recommend you to everyone!

Very professional installation at short notice on a Saturday afternoon. We were instructed on how to adjust settings and install the seat. A very positive experience, we'll worth the one hour trip.

We had one child seat and one newborn car seat to install, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about each car seat and they explained everything they did while doing which was very helpful to us, we would definitely go back when we need to upgrade again

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with my visit to Pearce's at North Shore Hospital today! I had my baby capsule installed and my toddler seat changed and the guy was so helpful, he took about 1/2 hr to show me how to use and adjust the seats properly. I felt silly that I had it so wrong with the first, the belts were twisted and the height was totally wrong. I wish I'd gone to Pearce's with number 1!

Within half an hour it was explained to me why my installation was incorrect, had the child restraint re-installed and was educated about all features that my child restraint has to offer. On top of that it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I am very happy with the level of service.

Pearces child restraints was excellent! We were able to get the capsule we needed, at a fraction of the price which meant savings! The customer service person i spoke to was just lovely and helped me organise everything. I didnt feel it was difficult at all and the capsule itself was in great condition.

Hired a baby capsule from Pearce's Child Restraints and received excellent service. Pricing was fair and responses from staff prompt and efficient - very approachable and friendly. Will be purchasing our next car seat from them for sure! Have happily recommended to friends and family and would not hesitate to do so again.
