We have had the same experience in the last 6 months as other reviews here. When we initially hired Ray I tried looking for reviews for Create a Space but I couldn't find them so I am trying to title this review to have it pop up on Google.

I hired [name removed] to build a pergola and concrete my backyard. He asked for 50% deposit for the job which he quoted for $4010. He said he can do it in a week.

Took 50% deposit, promised to finish in 2-3weeks.
8 months later did about 30% of job, poorly, have to get proper tradies to come in to fix his work/mistakes/damage to our property.

Didn't show up to work on numerous occasions with the following excuses; dying mother, gusto, sick brother, family issues, family event, a cold, stomach pains, heart issues, etc, etc, etc.

Compulsive liar - He is not a real fencer or landscaper and has no idea what he is talking about.

Strung me along for months! Quick to take a 50% deposit on a $1600 job, promising a lead time of 7-10 days. (I wouldn't hired otherwise)
This was in late June! Then this ridiculous, idiotic nonsense went on until October, when I asked for the deposit back. He'd already caused enough delays by then.
Gave me back $300 and called me a liar.
Avoid at all cost!

Perfect fencing contacted me via an online ad. He came and measured my fence to which I had provided him a half deposit on that same day $1700. He then told me the fence would be ready in 2 weeks, he then said there was an error with the color of the post which took another week.
