My friend showed me this new stationery shop online last week. They sell personalised planners that you can design yourself. I bought the A5 format. Its so cool that you can design it just the way you like it. I added all my friends birthdays to the inlay along with clever boxes like the todo list and goals for the week. I highly recommend you to take a look at their site, especially if you are a stationery lover :) It was a great experience. The only negative thing I can think of is the delivery time, which was around 14 days. But to me, it was well worth it.
